STOLEN ITEMS, NO SOLUTIONS. AVOID.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want your valuables to remain in your possession. I had $150 worth of items stolen from my room from a shopping trip I made while here. All items were left in my shopping bag in my room. When I returned to my room in the evening, housekeeping had cleaned my room and the bag with my belongings were gone. There are no security cameras and even though they have evidence that only me and the housekeeper badged into my room they are not holding them accountable or offering any solutions. Joe at the front desk and Terry from security have made no real effort to adequately find the truth because the housekeeper is a “long time employee”. There is always a first time for everything. They have yet provide an appropriate reimbursement solution. Lock up your things, don’t bring anything you care about, or just find a place to stay that doesn’t employ theives.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were checked in quickly and had everything we needed. When there was a problem with parking, it was quickly remedied. The food was delicious, and the amenities were enjoyable. The room was beautiful!
