Otto was very friendly! He always helped us with our needs in the pool area. He made us feel welcome! From burrowing towels, changing them and setting up our daybed, he was always there. Even on our last day when we had to check out but stay since our flight isnt till later, he still accommodated is with excellent service.

Checked in yesterday. As a Diamond member the stay has been disappointing so far. Check in took forever. With all of the amazing rooms with a view, they assign our 3-room group 5th floor rooms, street view. I had to ask about diamond amenities and the response was, “Oh yea. Actually you get a different wrist band” and we switched them all out. Only then did the welcome bag come out. The breakfast is good though. Next time back to the Moana.

Absolutely love this hotel, the location and most importantly the staff! Awesome accommodations, amenities, and views. Free breaky before a long day of exploring the island was also wonderful! I will be booking this place again, when I return for my annual visit.

We stayed at Embassy for 2 nights to attend a wedding in Waikiki; we booked a connecting room, so we had enough space for the entire family. We loved that the 2 rooms had their own bathrooms and we had more than enough space in each room for my daughter to run around in. We also got to enjoy the free breakfast that was included in our stay and if you are able to get breakfast, you need to try their omelet station!! We loved how the pool had a "kiddie" section, my daughter did not want to leave. There was also live music in the evening while the sun was setting so the atmosphere was very relaxing. If you get a chance to visit Hawaii or want a little staycation, Embassy is a great choice. Their staff is always cheerful and happy and accommodating.
