Overall a great hotel with nice amenities. Great location within the proximity of the beach and retail shops. I love the complimentary cook to order breakfast.

When checking in, Gianna and Benny were very helpful in finding me a room that met my needs. Benny was very courteous and listened to me and acted accordingly. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. I plan to return again next year.

We only stayed 1 night but the hotel was great. It checked all the boxes that we were looking for. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choice, fresh fruits. The room was clean, we ended up getting upgraded when we checked in. The pool and bar was great. The hospitality suite we used (free) the following day was a lifesaver as we had a late evening flight. The happy hour they have was a great feature with some free drinks to start the night off. Otto worked near the pool area and helped us get the best sunbed by the pool and was an amazing help to us giving us a great guide of the best eats in town. Thank you so much, Embassy is lucky to have you on staff. He's the reason we'll be coming back. Until next time Hawaii, Mahalo! ??

This is a very nice hotel. It it located on the Waikiki Beach walk, near the end and yet in the middle of all the activity. You step outside the hotel and everything is at your fingertips! Restaurants - the Yard House, Ruth’s Chris upstairs, Giovanni Pastrami, Lilith Bakery Cafe. And stores galore selling everything under the sun. Don’t miss the ABC store - they have everything AND the BEST POKE! Their rooms are spacious, with separate seating areas, nice beds, 2 TVS with streaming access, a microwave and mini fridge, sink and coffee maker and tea kettle. The staff and housekeepers were very helpful and quick as can be. If you stay here you don’t need to rent a car because you can walk every where you want to go. Their daily included breakfast is top notch and very busy! Made to order omelette daily, fresh fruit, eggs, meats, potatoes, pancakes or waffles, breads and bagels, miso soup. It is the best! The daily cocktail hour is ok, not as impressive. The pool is nice but usually over run with little kids, if you are looking for peace and sunshine go to the beach. Free WiFi is good throughout the area. Guest laundry is available, busy and a bit expensive (14.75 to wash & dry ). All in all a wonderful vacation spot!

We stayed here August 23/26 - Sept 4/26. What a great hotel. We had paid for a premium ocean view suite on the 17th floor. The view was amazing and allowed us to watch the fireworks on Friday night right from our room. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The included breakfast was excellent...we have a family of 5 so it helped save some money and there was enough variety we didn't get bored of the food. Location wise it was a quick walk to the beach and it was nice having an ABC store and Dave's Coffee right across from our elevator. All in all we would definitely book here again.
