Our experience was made as good as it was because of the following staff at this hotel plus various others: Flo Otto Keola Maile The staff who I have listed were exceptional in there service providing, friendliness and humility. We had our daughters 4th birthday over there and the staff organised some special cheese cake and surprised her and ourselves at the poolside area wi5h the cake and candles ?? We were only going to Hawaii once so we thought..... but now we are wanting to book a return trip back again soon. I can not thank the awesome staff enough, just beautiful people ?? Thanks Johno.

Let me start by saying this is our third family trip here in the past 10 years, and just like our previous visits, this one was fantastic. One of the best things about this hotel is the location — restaurants, shopping, and beaches are all just minutes away within walking distance. The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to six people, and the room service and overall hospitality from the staff are outstanding. The buffet breakfast is also a huge bonus, especially when travelling with kids. It saves both money and the hassle of trying to find breakfast every morning. The happy hour drinks at night are a great way to wind down after a big day, and it’s not just the adults who enjoy it — the kids’ mocktails are always a huge hit too. A huge reason why we continue to come back to this amazing hotel is because of the incredible staff on the pool level — Otto, Keola, Maile, and Chelsea. You all go above and beyond with your customer service, not only for the adults but especially for the kids. You genuinely make our family vacations so much more enjoyable, and we truly appreciate everything you do. You are now our Hawaiian Ohana and a big reason why we keep coming back to the Embassy Suites. Thank you again, and we can’t wait to come back!

Rooms with King size beds all located beside loud elevators. Extremely loud beside elevators. No one letnus know all king size beds were beside elevators.Notified front desk with no remedy for issue besides moving into another room without King size room in a other section of hotel at 10pm. Food and beverages sub par and let alone the price per night was pretty outrageous. We checked out after that issue. We were scheduled for 3 more nights,however we went to another quality hotel.??

Great location near the centre of Waikiki and the beach. We stayed in 2 bedroom partial ocean view. It was spacious enough for our family of 4. Room service was excellent. Having a free breakfast was a unbelievable helpfull. Also there was a daily reception in the afternoon with 2 free delicious cocktails. We are from Canada so stay was expensive due to weak Canadian buck but it was worth it, enjoyed the stay, recommended and will be back.

The front desk staff here is fantastic! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. A big thank you to Alaine for making our experience so pleasant. The room was spotless, conveniently located near the beach and Waikiki Strip, and it even comes with a complimentary buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this place! Mahalo!
