Busy Hotel. We had a fun time here and the location was close to so many things. Our experience was not as good as it could have been if we knew a few things. The King Bedrooms are next to the elevators. Ours was a king room on the fourth floor next to the elevator. The fourth floor is the location of the pool, breakfast and reception areas. Busy and very noisy during breakfast and the evening reception. We were unable to relocate due to the hotel being fully booked. The balcony view was a palm tree. You need to be at least on the 6th Floor. Amenities were good although the elevators were a constant problem with some being out of service at various times. Room was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge was a MINI Fridge. Found the staff to be extremely professional helpful. Location is on Beach Walk. It was difficult to find the garage entrance. Had problems connecting to the desk due to AI answering loop but once we did the staff guided us to the proper spot. My advice is to call and get a clear description of the rooms before you book

Josh served us at the Waikiki resort and truly made the impossible possible. He is one of the main reasons this place stands out. Hotel was clean, inviting and comfortable However do not book a car through Voyager Car Rental company that is located with the hotel It is a nightmare trying to get your bond refunded - check google reviews for further comments Free cocktails at happy hour are pretty average Not a bad location
