?My party stayed at the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk from May 23rd to May 28th, 2026, and it was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at an Embassy Suites property. ?The level of service and the condition of the room were entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found that the room had not been cleaned properly. Throughout our stay, we dealt with repeated, unprofessional disturbances from the housekeeping staff, who were consistently rude and aggressive about us leaving the room each morning. ?Furthermore, we encountered large, flying cockroaches in our room, which is a severe hygiene concern that should never happen at a hotel of this caliber. When we attempted to address these issues with the front desk, the young woman on duty was dismissive and rude, showing no interest in resolving our concerns. ?To make matters worse, we had to depart one day early due to a family emergency. Instead of offering any understanding or assistance during a difficult time, the staff remained dismissive and rude throughout the checkout process. ?We chose this hotel expecting the standard of service associated with the Embassy Suites brand, but this experience fell far short in every category—from hygiene to basic human decency. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere

From check in (Eric) to check out, every piece of this stay was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Check in: 5 minutes in line, 5 minutes to check in. Eric was our initial staffer and he was fantastic. Even offered to look for an upgrade during our stay which was fulfilled on the 4th out of 7 nights. (1 bedroom premium corner suite) Valet: From providing the valet ticket to the valet desk, to getting car was always under 5 minutes (over 10 times) Pool: Excellent pool bar and PLENTY of seating. No chair hogs here. Breakfast: Quick and easy and always had a place to sit (even over 4th of July week). Managers reception: Did not attend any, so cannot comment Overall cleanliness of the resort was great and the location is amazing. Right on Lewers with 5 minute walk to beach. And don't forget the Waikiki Artisan fair on Monday's right outside on Lewers (featuring Joja's SMASH burger - line was over an hour). Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again soon!

D welcomed us with a smile and he took care of us from getting directions to what to do with all the floaties/umbrellas when we were about to leave Hawaii!

Amazing people, staff is so helpful and very welcoming. Rooms are very clean and well maintained everyday. The atmosphere was very friendly. We love coming back here
