Carey, breakfast attendant was very attentive and was very informative with things to do while visiting Waikiki. Thank you Carey for your help and giving us options.
Positive experience renting the cabana/daybed

We had a staycation with the family including my fur-baby for the first time. Got to the room with no pet ready ammenities. Our positive overall experience was Mahina, our pool assistance. She was very helpful and attentive. Really gave that "Aloha" spirit that not everyone provided. Love how she prepped our cabana each time we reserved from her. Much Mahalo to Mahina for all you did and please give this lady a raise. She's a rare gem ??
Wouldn’t stay here again

Family suite- great idea with 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, small living area and kitchenette. breakfast buffet in the mornings was chaos no matter what time- made me appreciate what it would be like to have autism and be triggered by sensory noise and visual chaos. Food was average except the omelette station which was yum. Food staff seemed miserable- i felt sorry for them. Rubbish overflowing from the bins and onto the floor near the lift every morning. Waiting, waiting, waiting for lifts every outing especially breakfast. Pool only 3-4.5 ft deep and busy all the time. Would hate to be on lower floors as noise on 12th floor was enough. Housekeeping staff were lovely and very efficient.
