Reliable fantastic suites.

We love this hotel. Went in December last year with family, then again in May with friends. Service is friendly. We had a large 2 BR suite. Breakfasts that are included are great. Added bonus of gym, yoga classes and washing facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!
Perfect location for our family!

We always seek out an Embassy wherever we go, and Honolulu was no different. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were so nice and clean. In our post-Covid era, it was a nice surprise for our room to be serviced each day on our 6-day stay. The 4th floor eating area was such a breezy and nice location to chill in. Everything was perfect for our family of 10! The location couldn’t have been better also.
Embassy Suites is a great value!

Great location. Love the omelet bar and happy hour. All two room suites is a bonus. "D" the bell boy, Gary, Alma and Chelsea in the dining area, and Erick at the front desk were all very helpful. The two staff poring the drinks during happy hour were truly happy and bubbly! The Filipina housekeeper in the 10th floor (sorry forgot her name) was also very accommodating. All in all a great value stay.
First time visiting Hawaii islands and what a way to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary ??

The pillows could have been a little firmer. It otherwise room was comfortable. The social time was great. The bartenders were so good and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and gave a flavor of Hawaiian cuisine.
Clean and walkable

While the hotel is clean and close to shopping and dining, do not expect what you would get for the same price back on the mainland. The room was comfortable but a little dated. The buffet/reception was not Embassy’s greatest offering. If you like strong drinks, the reception will please you. One note, the beach is walkable, but no directions are posted/could be given by front desk. Go to the light at Trump, and go across. Would we stay again? Given the prices at all Waikiki hotels and this one, we would.
