Love the beds and towels were soft, thank you and Josefina was so pleasant and kind. She cleaned our room so fast we were shocked. The phone in the bedroom no good it kept hanging up when we tried to call for car. We had to go down to valet. Otherwise we were good. Everyone so pleasant.

The rooms are clean, comfortable lobby and wonderful staff. Josie was super helpful with recommendations around Waikiki. The location is awesome as well, close enough to the beach but far enough away to be quiet. Good shopping and food are close by. The Waikiki Market across the street has the best polo I have ever had and is really convenient.
