Do not stay at this hotel until the hospitality workers are no longer on stike. Check in was a nightmare. No rooms were clean. It took hours to get our room. The restaurants and bars around the pool are closed. No frozen drinks by the pool. The strikers have bullhorns and start early in the morning and late into the night. They block cars from entering the property. They march along the beach with their bullhorns and it is very disruptive.
MOLD/ Unwelcoming/ not helpful/ no spirit of hospitality

Checking in staff, Brian and the manager Andria are both unwelcoming and not helpful, the spirit of hospitality is nonexistent. Assigned us to a room right next to a mold infested room. We were not aware, informed nor offered to switch rooms. We only realized that we’re next to the mold infested room after overhearing the conversation between the housekeeping staff and the construction technicians. We started coughing and sneezing the day after we checked in. Definitely NOT recommending anyone to stay with a hotel puts customers’ health at risk!
