Overview

What an amazing staff all the way around! From check into valet… And the room service is on point!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend plus it’s so close to the beach food right when walk outside!
Faulty smoke detectors and accusations of smoking fee charges

Why are alot of people noting on reviews and google that they were charged a $300+ smoking fee with a faulty smoke detector and with no ramification of how the hotel is stopping this or preventing this from happening. Visitors should not experience such trouble on their vacation especially when they are paying such a high resort fee to be treated with such manner. I'm concerned to stay here as typically I prefer to stay at Hiltons and I am a member but this is making myself and I'm sure many others to prevent this hotel, to avoid unnecessary hassle. The Hotel should definitely look into this matter as every 3-4 reviews I've read 1 will have experienced this.
