True Ohana Front Desk Experience

This hotel on Kuhio Avenue has its perks, Your Across International Market, Next to Waikiki Market for Fresh Poke , The ever popular Marugume Udon restaurant, and this location is just 2 streets away from Waikiki Beach. But what I like about this hotel are the Front Desk People. Juni in Particular was very pleasant interacting with me. Being a Diamond Member has its perks. She acknowledged me for being a loyal member. Since i book my room by mistake a King and double bed. I informed her no problem a King bed should be fine as i'm here only for 2 nights. Since the hotel was fully booked she can only offer me lower floor. I said what ever works is just fine with me.. She gave me the key on 3rd floor..to My Surprise. It's a suite . I was very impressed with the room . It's clean and well kept. It's an Older hotel but they maintained it very well. Joan another Front desk agent interacted with me to. Both of them looks very happy working at the hotel . To Juni . Your effort was greatly appreciated.

Yal Manalo took such good care of our room. Fire Grill offered good food and especially friendly service from the hostess wait staff and cleanup. Would have like much bigger coffee cups at breakfast. Market store had great grab and go items. Would have preferred wait staff at pool.
