Such a great vibe! Had so much fun relaxing at the beach and the pool! The rooms had incredible views of Honolulu and the ocean and Joenny is super chill

AMAZING experience from the moment we pulled into the driveway and were greeted by the valet. [Nena, our host was super great & so was the rest of the staff. She was so detail oriented with the cleanliness of our room and made sure we were happy with everything.] This was my second time to Hawaii and stayed at the Hilton in the Hawaiian Village the first time BUT will be going back to Outrigger WHEN we go back again. 3 main reasons why I LOVE this hotel: 1. The people care. You can just feel it in the core of your being that there is something special here. It feels like you landed on a remote island in the past and God blessed your journey with great people to take care of you (I know that sounds like hyperbole but it’s true for me). I get the sense that everyone who works there is constantly asking themselves “What can I do to help my guests.” Valet was always quick for the most part and had great attitudes. 2. Great fengshui! The space feels inviting and is very clean. It’s an open space lobby and overall hotel that feels very welcoming. The tile is a very light color and they would clean it with a machine. The pool and hot tub were VERY clean (no mold or broken tiles). We also saw staff changing out cushion covers in ground floor resting chairs to make sure they stayed clean. 3. Everything was working. Ice machines, purified water stations, elevators (fast), were always in working order and on the occasion a water station was down, it was promptly fixed. We love Outrigger and what we mean by that is: We love the people of Outrigger. Amazing group of people.

The Outrigger Reef is our go to place in Waikiki. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The cleaning staff is super friendly and efficient. We especially enjoy the cultural activities they offer each day. The location is great as it is close to lots of restaurants and within walking distance to the heart of Waikiki while still having a quiet and tranquil vibe. When we arrived this time, Thea at the front desk was awesome! As discovery members, we were given a complementary upgrade to a partial ocean view room. We inquired if there was an oceanfront room available for an extra charge and were told that one may come available later in our stay. Much to our surprise, later that week we received an email from Thea asking if we were still interested in our oceanfront request. We were thrilled that she remembered and followed up. Our oceanfront room exceeded our expectations in every way. We love the Outrigger Reef and have stayed here many times, but the oceanfront room elevated our experience more than we ever thought it could., especially at sunset. Thea went above and beyond to ensure our experience was amazing and it was!! The staff at this hotel really care!!

We stayed at the hotel for our wedding in Hawaii. The hotel staff were very friendly and rooms were spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay!
