Everyone was fantastic from the daytime Valet Crew to Mary in housekeeping made sure we were always taken care of and maintained our room impeccably clean. Even with 3 teenagers Mary kept the room wonderful and stocked with plenty of towels. The valet wins the award for packing our vehicle so we could ride back to the airport without needing an Uber. Sound proofing of the rooms was amazing. The only time we heard a different room was in the still of the night when it was the most quiet.

Trip was amazing & our housekeeper at the outrigger reef hotel was Xue. She was awesome & made our stay so comfortable!!

My wife and I stayed at the outrigger Reef for two weeks in May. The FOH staff were awesome and our check in was hassle free. We stayed in room 734. It was very clean, and spacious. It had a view over the city ( two days of roadworks outside caused minimal disruption). The housekeeping was spot on , and nothing was too much trouble for Sonja L. Of the two restaurants we preferred the grill. The staff and food were excellent. A big plus was the nightly Hawaiian entertainment. The artists were awesome and the impromptu Hawaiian dancers was welcomed. We found a little gelato ice cream shop on the Beach walk that made an almost Aussie flat white. The pool was a welcome relief from the humidity as was the pool side table service. Overall a great place to stay

The experience was amazing! Mt room attendant Mary was so accommodating and greeted me every time she saw me. The made me feel WELCOMED!!
