Ms Mary was the absolute best keeper! She was always greeting us with a smile on her face and made sure she knew our names from day one. The rooms were so clean and everything we needed was there, when we needed something she got it right then without any hesitation. Location and atmosphere was perfect!

Good location, very clean rooms and fantastic housekeeping by Mary who regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect when walking by in the hallway.

The Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort is the BEST hotel on the beach! The staff are ALL customer friendly, helpful, pleasant, accommodating and the hotel is so clean and I feel very safe when solo traveling. Housekeeping does a great job, too! The Monkeypod restaurant on site has great food and the ocean view is spectacular! You can see the best sunsets from the hotel and there is also an outside bar by the pool, called the Kani Ka Pila Grille. The staff there is also great and it is conveniently located. Nightly, you can enjoy the music with outside tables near the bar and pool or from your room lanai. The hotel has the best customer service I have ever experienced! The front desk staff remembers my name year to year! That is impressive to me since they have thousands of visitors yearly. The staff is respectful and polite. Even if I solo travel there, I feel very safe and I have no worries about anything! I VERY, VERY, highly recommend this resort! I visit the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach resort yearly and I have never been disappointed and you won't be disappointed either!
