The staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly Mary. The location is perfect, nestled around great food and shopping. You're right next to Yard House, great stores, just a short walk over to the iconic Duke's restaurant and Maui Brewing Comoany.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. We especially enjoyed the poolside restaurant and entertainment. The nightly music as magical. Our waitress Liset was the best!! She made sure we were taken care of and were having a good time.

Lily, the housekeeping lady was the best!!! She was so nice and personable. She took extra steps to make my stay amazing! She was the most genuine person who truly cared about me having the best stay possible. I would absolutely book the Outrigger Reef again.

Love my stay here. Been coming here for the past 12 years and every single time it’s better. My housekeeper Agnes was the best!!!! Kept everything clean and organized in my room. They take care of the military as best as they possibly can without any issues.

I met a new friend on this trip, John Diaz. Each morning I’d sit at a nice table and catch up on a little work while having coffee (the pic I attached is my view right now), and each morning John would check in with me to see how I was doing. His attention to detail and friendliness is a blessing to the hotel. It was also fantastic to catch up with an old friend, Kawika. Our paths at the hotel have crossed over many, many years… and we still remember each other and catch up on life and family. This hotel is a very special place!
