Our 3rd stay at the Outrigger Reef and it never disappoints. The location is perfect and the hotel has been maintained to a very high standard. The welcome we received at check in was warm and friendly which gave us a very pleasant impression of the service we would receive during our stay. The hotel has a number of shops including an ABC store in an area near reception which then leads out to a large swimming pool with lots of sun lounges and a stunning restaurant overlooking Waikiki beach. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was enormous and located so close to the beach we felt we were on the beach just sitting in our own room. We enjoyed the voyager club facilities for breakfast and late afternoon drinks and delicious food.The club privileges are fantastic value and highly recommended. Overall I couldn’t fault the hotel and can’t wait to return again.

We really really enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The room with the ocean view was just right for the price! Every night there was live music from the islands. The food at their restaurants was great. They were within a short walk to a primary street full of shops and stores. So many restaurants along the way as well. The beach is heavy with coral pieces. Highly recommend to wear some sort of aqua socks or footwear if you are close to the hotel. Further down the beach we didn't need them. If we ever go back to Honolulu, we would definitely stay at the Outrigger again!

We just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Alex for checking us into such a spectacular room. It was even more beautiful than we could have imagined and far beyond anything we dreamed of. Your kindness in upgrading us meant so much. The view from Room PH916 was absolutely breathtaking—a full 180-degree panorama stretching from Diamond Head all the way to the sunset. Jackie made sure our stay was comfortable and very welcoming. She kept our room clean and was very kind to us.

Our stay was excellent, Eileen in particular stood out to my family and I. We knew when she serviced our room because it was immaculate, spotless and more than adequately stocked with the necessities. Her customer service was top tier; she was professional, very personable and always greeted us with a smile and kind words. My toddler looked forward to seeing her throughout our stay. 20 out of 10. I would definitely recommend her for a raise and/or promotion.
