If you’re looking for a relaxing family vacation, this is not the place for you. Yes it is clean, but it is extremely small and impractical. The shower was so tiny that I—a 5’2 18 year old girl—could not properly shower without leaving the door open to stick my leg out. My family reserved two rooms that were supposed to be the exact same, and yet one had full sized shampoo and conditioner bottles while the other had only tiny sample sizes. One shower was also slightly bigger than the other room’s shower (for some reason). The whole place was not very welcoming, and I would not recommend it unless you are only staying one night, and need a quick place to crash.

Jackie did an outstanding job cleaning my room. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well-organized. Her attention to detail and professionalism made my stay even more comfortable. She was very friendly, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in her work. Thank you, Jackie, for the excellent service! Five stars! ?????

My family and I stayed for 5 nights in March. Overall, our stay was excellent. Location The location is great, if you are wanting to stay on Waikiki Beach. It’s walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Rooms The rooms are updated and very clean. Our room faced the pool with a small peek of the ocean. During the day, the pool area is lively. At night, there is live music. By 9pm, it is very quiet. Pool and Beach The pool is a good nice with some chairs. There were never any available chairs unless you reserved them early. Since there was so much rain March, I don’t know if the pool was more crowded than usual since the ocean had brown water. The hotel’s beach is very small, but the public beaches are steps away. It was a quick walk to food and shops and beautiful sunsets. Property The property was great. There is an ABC store as well as a few other shops. The Monkey Pod had delicious food and is also on property. There are also cultural activities you can participate in, including lei making. The lobby is very spacious and is a gathering place for people at all times of the day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with no complaints.

This was a great stay for our family of 3. We enjoyed being on the beach and the pool was perfect for days that we didn’t want to get sandy. We had a great housekeeping experience and Bonie got us whatever we needed for our stay and asked us each morning what we needed done in our room. Great location on the beach and walkable to everything in Waikiki.
