Our stay was excellent, Eileen in particular stood out to my family and I. We knew when she serviced our room because it was immaculate, spotless and more than adequately stocked with the necessities. Her customer service was top tier; she was professional, very personable and always greeted us with a smile and kind words. My toddler looked forward to seeing her throughout our stay. 20 out of 10. I would definitely recommend her for a raise and/or promotion.

Our room was great and room service staff were lovely, especially Nieves, who kept our space super tidy, taking note of our preference for face towels and accomodating it without us having to say anything.

Excellent location on the waterfront with its own small beach - with the bonus of frequent visits by a resident monk seal. We also saw multiple sea turtles swimming just offshore. Surf lessons are available at a stand located at this beach. There are 2 terrific restaurants on-site - Monkeypod Kitchen (ocean-front seating, excellent live music, and signature Mai Tais) and Kani Ka Pila Grille (poolside seating & excellent live music). We were so happy eating at those 2 restaurants, we didn't leave the property. The rooms were large, very clean, and had super comfortable beds. The lobby was a large, open-air, busy area with several nice shops, plus an ABC store. The ABC store was extremely convenient for grab-and-go sandwich/food/drink options. We got 2 connecting oceanfront rooms with Voyager Club access. I would absolutely stay here again and book the exact same arrangement. The Voyager Club was perfect and worth the upgrade as it offered us access to a fabulous large, open terrace with sweeping ocean views and an indoor area where food and drink were plenty. We ate a full breakfast there each morning and enjoyed afternoon hors d'oeuvres with unlimited drinks. The food variety changed at every meal, so we didn't get bored of the selection. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Our entire family of four (kids 20 & 17) really enjoyed our stay at this resort.

Everything was amazing, the hotel staff were very pleasant and always ready to help with any questions we had. Rosalina cleaned our room and did an amazing job!!! Thank you.
