We love this hotel. Right on the beach. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good food at both the restaurant. Rosalina was our housekeeper and she did an excellent job every day. Mahalo.
Frank at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Joenny at the pool was friendly and attentive. Great stay

Live Music and Great Location

Outrigger Reef offers a terrific location, newly renovated rooms and grounds, and most importantly, some of the best live music in the islands 7 nights a week at Kani Ka Pila Grill. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful from maintenance and housekeeping to upper management. The only downside would be the beach adjacent to the hotel is narrow. If you are looking for the wide stretch of sandy beach experience, it’s a short walk down a paved path to the beach near Ft. DeRussy or up the beach toward Diamond Head. Overall this property is my favorite of any hotel in the Waikiki area.

This resort is a very fine, but if we have truly enjoyed our stay here, all of the staff was wonderful, and I love the man at the pool

A great experience but the reason we keep coming back is due to the staff that greet us and serve us. Rory, Billy and Mikey are the best. Great service with great personalities. Nothing is a trouble. The bar has a great feel about it due to these guys looking after their clientele
