Excellent staff. Front desk staff helped immensely.Both managers helped and succeeded when I lost my wallet. The maid service made sure that we had everything that we needed!

The Outrigger Reef Waikiki was perfectly located right on the beach and close to the main shopping strip. Staff and amenities were excellent.

Hello, We recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Even before our arrival, we had a very positive experience — after booking through the website, we called the hotel and were assisted by an especially kind and helpful staff member. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely front desk staff member whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, but she truly represents the friendly and welcoming spirit of the hotel. In general, the entire hotel staff has been kind and attentive. We had a small issue with our room and returned to the front desk, where Tiaa (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) assisted us. She was incredibly kind, patient, polite, and helpful. Also, Terumi, who assisted us during payment, was very warm, friendly, and caring. Overall, everyone here has been exceptionally kind in a way that truly warms the heart. The hotel is clean and pleasant, the rooms are wonderful, the view is beautiful, and the food is delicious. We will definitely return again. Thank you very much, and keep up the wonderful work!

I had a lovely stay in room 343 with excellent room service. Our Host was Mary who did a really great job with ensuring the room was preserved and clean for comfort. Amazing experience
