Hussle and bustle in Hawaii ???

What can you say - the hotel can hold 10,000 people - I call it Grand Central Station. We visited this hotel at least 4 times. Its beautiful. The infinity pool is beautiful. I am not sure if they will see this or its just one of 1000 daily surveys. Basically a very good hotel and a great place to be for a few days. After a few days go somewhere quiet.

Aloha , From check in to check out this has been a wonderful stay. Sunny the gentlemen that checked us in started our stay with a awesome upgrade to a oceanfront room simply beautiful. Our housekeeping team were so accommodating in our schedules as to when to clean our room. The restaurant Rum Fire was a perfect way to end our stay with a beautiful View great food and superb service. We will be back for sure.
Great beach front resort in Waikiki

We stayed at this resort in Waikiki for 4 nights while visiting Oahu. Great amenities all around! Dining locations, bars, coffee shop open early in the morning, adults only pool, beach access, daily house keeping, reusable bottles in the rooms, convenient location to Waikiki shopping area. We had a king room that was very spacious. We loved the daily house keeping especially after long days of hiking, swimming, and exploring the island. The infinity edge adults only pool was a really nice touch!
Roger our Housekeeper is the absolute best, here at the Sheraton Waikiki

Thank you so much Roger, I have never stayed at hotel and had the experience of feeling so welcome and so apart of a family like Roger, who took care of our room, made us feel. He kept everything so clean and put back together after our 4 year old would tare it apart. Roger would stop what he was doing, which was a lot of work, to interact, not just with us but with anyone staying at the hotel to make them feel like they were here apart of the family. Our trip was as good as it was because of how Roger would start our day off each morning. Thank you so so very much Roger.
Great stay with some caveats

We stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort for one night in December 2025. Overall it was a great stay. Thanks for a lovely visit! Pros: - The resort is beautiful and on an excellent location on Waikiki with an amazing view of the ocean and Diamond Head. We paid for an upgraded view and while very expensive ($600/night), was worth it to enjoy the scenery. - The resort offers many activities, some for free and others at an upcharge. There are also plenty of shops on site with a large variety. The pool and beach are a highlight. Prepare to pay extra for chairs and arrive early to secure them even with a reservation. - We arrived before check in and were able to store our bags. They allowed us into our room an hour earlier than standard checkin time which was also very nice! - Staff was overall pleasant and helpful, though there were a couple folks who seemed annoyed by questions. Majority of staff was lovely and welcoming. - The room included nice amenities such as reusable water bottles, slippers, and toothbrush/toothpaste which were nice touches. - Welcome gift at the gift shop was also a nice touch and while I did not get her name, the employee working the shop was very kind. Cons: - The biggest con was the cleanliness of our room. While nicely decorated and clean on the surface, there were some hair strands throughout the bathroom and dust was prevalent throughout the room, but especially in the bathroom, plug outlets, and in corners. - The shower leaked everywhere. There's a drain next to the tub but it was not effective. I'd have to use multiple towels to soak up the puddles of water next to the toilet after each use. - Toiletries had strong, masculine-leaning scents so bring your own products if you're sensitive to this. - Your room key / wrist band is color coded to match your Marriott Bonvoy status and it's obvious that staff uses this as a queue to go above and beyond for those with higher status. Even as someone with Marriott status, I personally do not appreciate this practice. - Expect high capacity and cost even in the off-season. It is Hawaii after all. For example 2 beach chairs with an umbrella was over $105.
