First time to Oahu. Had an oceanfront King room. View amazing, saw sea turtles from our balcony. My adult children had view of Diamond head with beautiful sunrises. Infinity pool area beautiful, location great for walking to shopping or restaurants. Shops in hotel very nice, varied selection, nice quality. All staff friendly and helpful. Have the Hawaiian latte in the corner hotel coffee shop. yummy! Two pools, one for 16+. Other pool has a water slide. Have the ahi bowl at the pool. Amazing. We researched a lot of hotels in the area. Price was good in comparison. So happy we chose the Sheraton for our first visit.

This may be the best stay I have had on a vacation yet! I really have nothing negative to say at all. We had a quick check in with a friendly employee, our high ocean view was no less than AMAZING! The room was so clean- our housekeepers did an amazing job every day of replacing towels and cleaning up the sand we tried hard not to track in. The beds and pillows were beyond comfortable and the pools and beach access, as well as shopping and places to eat, they are all easy walks to get to. We did rent a car and parking was $55 a night, but parking was never a problem. Employees at the pool were so friendly. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before deciding on the Sheraton Waikiki, and I will choose this hotel when we return. A hotel can definitely make or break a great vacation and if you’re on the fence between hotels, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! A huge shoutout to our housekeeper, Roger, who made our trip even more memorable by noticing that our group was celebrating a special occasion. When we returned to our room, we found a lovely handwritten note from him, along with swan-shaped towels and extra amenities. It was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture!

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel is clean, our room was nice and the staff very friendly. The infinity pool, while the temp was cool, was very impressive. We loved the poolside service, afternoon music and all the stores so close by. Shout out to Damien at the front desk check-in for his professional, kind, efficient service. I had injured my knee a few days before our visit and he got us right into a perfect room. We would definitely go back there.

Rooms are comfy and clean. Housekeeper, Roger, did a fabulous job! He made our room extra special. Our stay at the Sheraton has been amazing!
