The Hotel was Wonderful the staff were so nice it was my Birthday and they give me complementary gifts. My biggest delight was a Bell Man named Henry. He was easy to talk to and we hit it off like we knew each other for years. I asked him where could I get some crab ?? my favorite close to the hotel and he was right on time the restaurant Crackin Kitchen was right down the street. When I tell you it was the best I went twice?????? I’m from San Francisco and a crab connoisseur. Kudos to the Princess Sheraton for the Wonderful service and Henry for his outstanding customer service.

Old and run down do not stay here. Elevators very slow some were broken Rooms dirty and the beds are almost on the floor and very uncomfortable Bathrooms are dirty and run down No hot water for showers They said we had a remodeled room but it didn’t look remodeled and we had to call maintenance to fix broken shower handle No acknowledgement of our status very rude staff
