Excellent Housekeeping and Pool Workers
KAiser7354 (Spokane, Washington) on Jul 03, 2022
We Just came home from 14 days here. Wow has time changed the place. No more Luau shows every night instead the have a faceless DJ that plays the same music everyday at the pool from 3 pm to 5 pm and it is 2nd hand music, not Hawaiian music but the same tape everyday. The place was clean as the salt water pool. Also bring extra money for your $9 bud lights,$24 plain hamburger Ect. They advertise they will bring fresh fruit and water to you at the beach but when asked they say the Manager stopped doing it. I asked then why is it on their TV ads and they said they asked to take it off but the Manager won't do it ....sending mixed signals to the guest. They also rent you beach chairs, but make sure they work, Zippers are none working or dirty so make sure you look at them before leaving because they will charge you for broken ones returned. The place has changed alot though everything is about the dollar that they bring in.....The Music from the streets is overbearing at nights taking away the Aloha mood. Still a nice place to stay but get used to crowds and noise and bring extra money or take a small loan before you come.I will recommend this place for location, but not if you are looking for the old Hawaiian feel you won't find it anymore The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani has lost it's feel and vibe for the Hawaiian tradition.....Yes they might comment on this review with a standard reply "thank you for letting us know and we will look into your concerns and that will be it..........Next time I will spend my money at the other end where it is quite and more traditional .......
Beautiful hotel but very noisy

We love this hotel! The staff is very helpful, and the views are amazing! They are very accommodating! If you want quiet and peaceful I wouldn’t recommend. So much street noise, and very loud street performers until 10 pm every night. New tower of the hotel is very nice!
