House keeping as well as overall service was horrible. Almost every call goes off site and rarely follows up correctly, they have cut employees back too the point that customer service is dismay. Never again !

Room was dirty and old! If I hadn’t gotten in so late I would have complained to move but I was worn out. I had to put a towel down on the shower floor before I even dared to take a shower! Found stuff on the floor too. Check your room!!

I stayed in Paris Las Vegas during re:Invent conference. The location of the hotel is good that was why I chose it. However, the overall experience was not good. Broken shower head, dead light bulb, loose hardware in the closet, and loose hair in the sink when I first entered the room, all these showed that the room was not maintained and cleaned well. I understand the hotel is overall old, but the issues I just listed were not because of the age of the hotel, it was because the work was not well done. There was a tray full of water, alcohol, and snacks in the room, which I didn't touch at all. But the hotel still charged for one snack, which I only found out when I was already home. There was no list of what were in the tray at all. I called the hotel and they transfered me to the billing department, and, of course, endless wait time,and I fanally gave up. I hightly doubt if I will stay here again during next year's re:Invent.

Stayed in the Versailles Tower and though part of the Paris Resort it’s much easier to access through the Horseshoe. We discovered this on our own but I wish it was something the reservations people would have advised us ahead of time. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the pillows were great. My only suggestion would be that if you’re on the side above the north plaza with a Sphere view, take good earplugs. We were on the 61st floor and even for Vegas, it was incredibly loud, lasting well past 2am, and even with earplugs, we could still hear it at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Paris Hotel during F1 weekend. One bad experience though which was the reason for deducting 2 stars in the review. I am a Diamond rewards member and went to the Diamond check-in for a question. I was next in line and the person at the desk was helping someone. There was another associate on the side desk (Danielle) who saw me. She was available but just swiping on her phone. After a couple of minutes, another person came to the room, went in front of me straight to Danielle. Danielle placed her phone down and helped that person. I am not sure why she did not help me. I expect better service, especially at the Diamond desk.
