Excellent planning the pool in the morning 9-1230 while the hotel blocked the sun. Great time ordering drinks and food and meeting new people from Maui. Thank you.

In room coffee non-existent. We did not use the tub but upon arrival there was throw-up in the bath tub. I did not notice it until the second day when my wife want to use the tub. Let housekeeping know and it was never cleaned during entire stay was there for NPA expo and we do not drink so it was not from us. the lighting in the room very dim lite. We as an association have a contract with Caesars so we will be back in two years but very dissatisfied with the accommodation's.

Room was sub par. Dirty carpets, broken lamp, charging ports inoperable. Think about other properties. This is turning into a "Walmart Style" casino...
At least Holiday Inn gives you pillows!

The room was lightly cleaned on arrival (I.e. used soap in the shower), and housekeeping did not come in until explicitly asked. Garbages were overflowing daily. Our room service arrived ice cold. Everything is extremely dated, which I wouldn’t care about if the rooms cost $100/night, but they cost 3 times that in order to get an Eiffel Tower view, with windows so dirty we don’t have a single good photo from our room.
