Check in line so terribly long

Waiting for over an hour to check in. Seriously slow for a large hotel. Been to las Vegas a few times now and have never waited this long to check in. A very poor experience indeed. Mobile check in was not working well either.

My friends and I stayed at Paris from November 11-14th. Someone broke into our room and stole our money. Security checked our locks and found that the door was malfunctioning. I asked to be moved to a different Caesars property as we did not feel safe and they refused, instead they downgraded our room and moved us to another floor. The hotel manager, Robert Leach, the head of security, Cisco, and the risk management associate, Jesse File, were unprofessional and incompetent. I tried going through customer service but received no answer. I have been a member of Caesars rewards and go to Vegas multiple times a year. It is horrible that they treat guest like this. If you care about your privacy and safety DO NOT stay at Paris.

There are better hotels on the strip

Like many reviewers have said, check-in is an arduous process, the rooms aren’t that nice (no bottles of water, ours had cigarette smoke coming in through the vents, no room service, no extra pillows, didn’t get the view that we paid extra for…) and resort fees that clearly aren’t paying for much. Staff was nice and the location is ideal but I still won’t be back

Not excellent like the past visits

I have stayed here 5 times before and it was my favorite place to stay until now. The outside window was incredibly dirty, the desk was wobbly and falling apart, upon arrival I had to call maintenance for the flickering bathroom light, and there was no room or towel service. The casino and restaurants are still wonderful with new additions like The Bedford by Martha Stewart that we loved. I will give them another chance in the future. May be due to the pandemic that things are not up to the usual excellence. However I did stay at Bellagio 6 months ago and everything was excellent.

This hotel will charge for everything now and not very clean...

I understand that many hotels will charge you resort fees, but for the anount that rhey charge on a daily basis, you should, at least, get free parking. If you come and go multiple times a day, you get charged every single time!!! Also, allowing just 2 devices per room to connect to their wi-fi, before you're charged for Wi-Fi connection seems completely out of touch with the current use. Lastly, they could do better with the cleanliness of the bedding. My bed had a really filthy bedding (see pictures)
