Nice restaurants, disappointing pool

MSMJW (Chicago, Illinois) on Jun 12, 2025

Great sportsbook and restaurants. Very good location if you want to be in the middle of all the action. Our room was a little dated but very spacious. The Bordeaux Tower is the way to go. The Versailles Tower is more recently remodeled but some of the rooms face an awfully loud street of bars. The pool is dirty and has poor management. Don’t plan a group day at the pool here.

HORRIBLE

Dana-Brooke H on Jun 12, 2025

I am currently trying to check into my room that I booked long ago & it is 4:30, I have waited in this line in the photo twice & no room. The line is INSANE people are backed up waiting 45 minutes to check in!!!!! I asked if I could get a call or text when room is ready & no! This is horrible!!! I am an influencer & I specially post about where to stay! I will be on this. Make it right Paris.

Absolutely Loved This Place!

chelibeli69 (Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin) on Jun 12, 2025

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome at every point. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured online. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed. We arrived around 2:30 PM, even though official check-in isn't until 4:00 PM. There was a long line, but it moved quickly thanks to about four staff members working the registration area. I chose to use the self-service kiosk for the first time, and it was quick and easy—took less than five minutes. Just be sure to read the instructions carefully. My only concern at the time was whether I’d be charged an early check-in fee and what kind of room I’d get. I was placed in the first tower near the coffee shop, on the 25th floor. The room was compact but perfect for two people, very clean, and conveniently close to the elevator. No coffee pot, but as someone who’s been coming to Vegas since the early ’80s, that’s never really been standard in hotel rooms here—though I am a huge coffee drinker! The view wasn’t amazing, but I’ve never had much luck with views in Vegas, so I wasn’t too surprised. Every staff member we interacted with—whether at check-in, the bar, housekeeping, valet, or bell services—was courteous and professional. I typically prefer to check in with a live person, and I did here as well. Though there’s no separate line for check-in and check-out, the process moved efficiently. The desk agent was helpful and confirmed that there was no charge for early check-in. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Just Right

Jason R on Jun 11, 2025

It was just my wife and me celebrating our 20th anniversary, and the portions were so generous that we decided to share—one appetizer, one main dish, and one dessert. It was perfect for us, and we really appreciated that the staff was kind and professional; we never felt judged for how we chose to order. It made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing.

A little worn but overall great stay

Ayresfam on Jun 11, 2025

We stayed in a 2 queen room in the Bordeaux tower. The room is big and we were all comfortable. We found the room to be very clean and the beds comfy. It definitely has wear and the years are showing but we would stay here again. Really enjoyed the location of Paris on the strip when we wanted to walk around and it was nice to have some good quality places to eat.
