If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.!! We have come all the way from Australia to what we thought was going to be a fantastic stay. After using the kiosk to check in we discovered we were miles away from our hotel room. We followed the instructions that weren’t very clear took a long time finally found where we needed to be took about 10-15 dragging the suitcases only to find they haven’t cleaned the room from the previous person. They said they will send housekeeping we asked how Long they didn’t know … so we can’t freshen up we have no towels the bathroom is dirty can’t lay down nothing. So called the front desk again and spoke to Florence she couldn’t give a crap it’s like it must happen all the time. We will send housekeeping keeping up I explained it’s been a long flight and we would like to freshen up. Come back to the lobby she says. There was no one there the first time arghhh what a start to a holiday.

Amazing relaxing time. Very secure and peaceful atmosphere felt safe the entire stay. Time does fly when your having fun next time I will stay an extra day or two to enjoy it all.

Line to check in extremely long and only 3 clerks working at reception desk. Mobile check in difficult also. Didn't give us rooms close together even tho reservations were linked. Rooms very dated. Hot tubs out of service and pool only open until 6pm. 1 drink (small) at the poolside bar was $40. Ridiculous! No customer service personnel walking around to help in hotel or casino that we could find. Friend had to change rooms due to hers being unclean, noisy and no hot water. Will not stay here again

Rooms were run down and over priced resort fees. No attention to detail at the restaurants. You really don’t feel appreciated as a guest. Also, I rented a Martha Stewart villa for two half days and one of the days the bar was out of every drink I ordered. Seems like the Paris and the Vegas strip have lost touch with their real patrons. I wish I could get a refund for the money I spent on resort fees and my pool villas. Very disappointing!! I’m sure I’ll never hear from anyone about this problem, I don’t suspect Vegas or the Paris to last much longer if these things continue.

Great location, resort expensive as expected. Room was only cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Shower was rubbish above the bath, no water pressure, and leaked. Casino floor less smoky than other strip hotels. Great theming throughout hotel. Not sure the resort fee payable was valid for money.
