Very bad experience

srikanthanr416 (Riverview, Florida) on Jul 18, 2026

Horrible service, no sense of direction. No help. Over crowded and check in staff not friendly. Long checkin lines and long wait for elevators.

Versailles Tower Warning

mdlonghorn (North Potomac, Maryland) on Jul 17, 2026

We’ve stayed at Paris many, many times; always in the Bordeaux Tower. I booked rather quickly this time and decided to go with newly renovated Versailles Tower. We checked in early morning Sunday and given keys. They should inform guests at booking stage and checkin exactly how far the Versailles Tower is . For those who remember Bally’s that’s where the tower is located!!! It’s a long walk! Shame on Paris for not being transparent. Also, there is no refrigerator in room, which was disappointing. Finally, once you checkout online, the air conditioning and TV go off! Please plan accordingly. We will stay at Paris again because of location. Room will be in Bordeaux Tower for sure!

I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel! Perfect location on the strip. We stayed in the Versailles tower. Room was lovely and serviced daily. Hotel was very clean. Lobby was gorgeous and machines were nicely spread out. Lots of dining options to choose from. Great indoor connection with other hotels. Every worker we had contact with was nice. Received an offer for an extra night, comped (still had to pay resort fees and tax, which were more than the cost of the room, lol), but it didn’t work with flights. Paid $50 to check in early. Bags were brought up to us by a bellman which was wonderful. Lots of reviews complained about the pool, but we had no issues getting chairs or feeling crowded. Had a 24hr food place, which was nice. Cons: 1)no mini fridge…this was extremely disappointing to me. I had to give away leftovers rather than having them later and drink warm bottled water. 2)Not many waitresses offering free drinks to gamblers…did not have that issue in other casinos. 3)An item was missing from our mini bar when we checked in and I was charged for it (they did reverse the charge). Our friends had a mini bar attendant who came to their room after check-in to scan their mini-bar for that very reason…no one came to our room. 4)paid for late checkout and our keys were deactivated before checkout time. We had to call security to come open the door so that we could get our bags to go to the airport…that was a 25 minute wait(they did reverse the late checkout fee next day when I called, so they made it right). All and all, I would stay at this hotel again. I liked it a lot more than most of the hotels I visited and the price was right!

Poor Communication, Unclean Room, and Billing Issues

jake v on Jul 16, 2026

Our stay was disappointing overall. When we checked into our room, there was a used suppository left in the bathroom trash can, which was very concerning. We also found stains in the bathroom and on the bed where we were sleeping, and the overall cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. On the casino side, I was disappointed to see the craps table minimums jump to $25 when nearby casinos were offering $15 tables. It made more sense to play elsewhere. Finally, I felt nickel-and-dimed throughout the property. The prices for food, drinks, and other amenities seemed excessive compared to neighboring resorts, making the overall experience feel less enjoyable and less of a value than other places on the Strip.
