In need of some updates

The rooms are really outdated and dilapidated. I don’t think they have been updated in decades and it shows. For the prices they charge, that’s just not acceptable.

Beautiful people and the casino actually pays back. Yes
NOT THE PARIS LAS VEGAS I USED TO LOVE
Jennifer T on Apr 11, 2026
I stayed as part of the NFAA/USAA Las Vegas Shoot competition. It is one of the largest, international archery competitions of the year. Most of us archers miss the old venue where the event was held. Paris Las Vegas is overpriced, inconvenient for moving around with equipment and the administration/staff is un-organized and do not communicate with one another. They also don't communicate with their AI assistant. I had more than one dispute over charges (I did not make) that appeared on my bill. Even a week later a charge appeared on my bill after I was back in my own state, in my own home. The charges always appeared on a late Friday afternoon AFTER their billing department is closed.
Disgusting customer service

If you value good customer service and prefer to be treated with at least a little respect, stay elsewhere. You’ll notice that the hotel never respond to these reviews- it’s because they couldn’t care less about their customers. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels across the world and never in my time have I come across such an obnoxious, rude and incompetent member of staff, as Michael who works on the front desk here. Expect to be treated with utter contempt and disdain if you have any problems and don’t expect him to solve them. He’ll talk over you, disregard everything you tell him and to boot, clearly has a problem with females. His attitude stinks! Expect to wait in a huge line at check in, to not be given the room you’ve booked and paid for, and to be told that your room isn’t ready (four hours in our case) after official check in opens. Do not bother to request inter-connecting rooms and expect to be put on entirely different floors to the rest of your party if you book more than one room on a single booking. They’ll then lie and tell you they are fully booked and your room cannot be changed even though you can stand at reception and see online they still have availability for that night. Do not bother to pay for a room with a view of the strip because the windows are so dirty you can’t see out of them. No fridges provided in the room. Be aware they conduct bag searches on the way into the pool area and you can expect to pay $12 poolside just for a soft drink I honestly cannot emphasise enough just how much people should look elsewhere and stay at another hotels.
It's a good resort, but "tired"
Warren L on Apr 10, 2026
The room was clean with a small shower and tub. The beds were OK, but not the best. The room is dated, tables and armoire were sratched and well used. Drawers almost fell out when opened. Two wall lamps were tilted and hanging crooked. Floor lamp shade was damaged and hung to one side. Service and staff at checkin were very helpful. Food costs of course were quite expensive, but that's Vegas. I'm not sure if an average tasting hamburger is worth $24.
