Beautiful Hotel !

louloudavis (Leigh-on Sea, United Kingdom) on Oct 06, 2024

I really don't know why there are so many negative reviews ! I was trying to change hotels before we went after reading them , but I need not have worried! We arrived on a Monday night from the UK, which I planned as obviously Vegas is much busier from Friday to Sunday . So there were hardly anyone else checking in, so it took 10 mins max . We had paid for an Eiffel Tower View room in the Bordeaux Tower , which was lovely ! The view was amazing, the room very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. This was our 3rd time we had stayed in Vegas , and if we ever go back again , then we would definitely book Paris again as its perfectly situated on the strip, almost in the middle . Yes the food and drink is expensive, but what do you expect, it's Vegas no different to London !

Amazing views with Excellant service

KKKenan (London, United Kingdom) on Oct 05, 2024

Excellent hotel and services. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily with mini fridge, shower and separate bath. Comfortable beds. We had the 31st floor on the Bordeaux wing and it had great views of the city that never sleeps. Bellagio fountains were a great view from above. Service at Reception desks were a bit slow for checking-in. Service at other bars and restaurants within the hotel was smooth and staffed by pleasant crew.

AVOID!

955wendyc (Portsmouth, United Kingdom) on Oct 05, 2024

Spent 7 days in the Bordeaux tower whilst in Las Vegas. Our first time in LV and the hotel was the low point of it. We wanted to upgrade our room so waited in line for an HOUR , there were only about 4 positions open! We asked at check if there was availability for a FOUNTAIN view room and were told there was for an extra $40 per night which we agreed to. We got to the room and we had an Eiffel Tower view, but not a fountain view that we specifically asked and paid for! Our safe was also not working, so called customer services, who said I had to go back to reception. There is now separate queue for existing guests, just the check in queue which was horrendous. Customer service were very unhelpful and refused to refund for our upgrade. The carpets in the rooms and the corridors were truly disgusting and the room itself was dirty and tired looking. We would never book here again.

Lovely and central

SusanS857 (Derby, United Kingdom) on Oct 04, 2024

The Paris and beautiful hotel centrally located in the strip. It has a gorgeous French feeling about it, lots of shops and restaurants the Paris is huge and extremely clean, we stayed in the Bordeaux Room which could do with an upgrade to be honest One issue is the extreme resort fees, taxes and deposit on check in which is quite a shock and unexpected but it didn’t really impact our stay. Thank you Paris for a lovely and comfy stay

Great stay and time at Paris

crash1981 (Southend-on-Sea) on Oct 03, 2024

Had a great time at the Paris with four of my friends for one of their 40th birthdays. I have read some of the reviews but can only speak for my experience. We had a great time here and the location is second to none as right in the middle of the strip and opposite The Bellagio. The check in line is very long but there are machines that you can use ( we did for check out). I shared a double queen room with my mate and it was fine. Large, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely decorated and large, albeit the water power was a bit weak for my liking, but fine. Windows a bit dirty but we didn’t have a view really anyway. Room was great for what we needed, with a safe and fridge etc. Read reviews about TV’s not working, although not sure why you need one in Vegas to be honest! We spent each afternoon in the pool which we found to be great experience with good views too (sits under the Eiffel Tower). Yes drinks are expensive, they are at every pool. Daybeds booked each day and was reasonably priced as we could split between five of us. Friendly service although not always the quickest. The casino floor and restaurants etc are great. Loved the French theme and having visited many others, only New York New York topped it for me. Bobby’s Burgers great for a quick brekkie or lunch, and Alexxa’s was lovely too with good food and service and nice outdoor tables, as was Cafe Americano/Viva Las Vegas. Cheri Rooftop worth a visit too as great views and the drinks are actually cheaper up there also!, albeit was a bit warm as outside. Overall, as I say we had a great stay here and although not perfect, I really enjoyed staying here.
