Paris hotel when you walk in is Wow and has a lovely check in area apart from the queues. It's our first visit to Las Vegas for our Son's Wedding. I had messaged and asked if possible could we have a nice view if possible and in a quiet area. When we checked in straight away he asked if we wanted a better view it would be another 28 dollars a night on top of the Tourist Tax and extras. But we agreed to up grade. People say to offer them a 20 dollar tip on checking in for an upgrade but it obviously wasn't so. We got a room in the Bordeaux tower we noticed as we walked towards our room how threadbare the carpets looked. Our room when we entered was ok the carpet has seen better days and the furniture too. We had a view of the pool and also the noise of the pool music. Was it worth the upgrade Who knows as we maybe should have checked what they offered us first. Only one chair for two people so we had to take turns to sit and see the view. Hardly any clothes hangers so most of our clothes went in the drawers so had to iron everything. You get no complimentary water which would be good after a long flight . We took our own kettle and tea and coffee. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good apart from the huge black hair that was there on the floor for the week. Our beds were remade most days but never with fresh sheets. We slept fine and it was quiet on a night which was good as the casino was always so busy. Las Vegas was Amazing and we loved our Son's Bonkers Wedding close to Fremont street. Our Son and now Daughter in law stayed at the Rio and there room was huge and it had a nice atmosphere in the Casino. Definitely wouldn't return to Paris to stay and have a huge credit card bill to pay for all the Taxes and upgrade.

????? Paris Las Vegas – An Absolute Disgrace. Never Again. Over $1,200 for terrible service, filthy conditions, and a ruined 27th-anniversary experience. Caesars Entertainment should be ashamed. I rarely write negative reviews, but after our stay at Paris Las Vegas, I feel obligated to warn others. I’ve visited Las Vegas since my early 20s and stayed at many hotels, but this was easily my worst experience. I planned a special anniversary trip for my wife, hoping to arrange a Bellagio fountain-view room, flowers, and champagne. Reaching anyone before arrival was nearly impossible, and no one helped with the arrangements. When we arrived late, the front desk employee was rude and dismissive, offering no alternatives when I asked about a special room. Our first room was at the end of a long hallway beside a group whose partying continued until about 6 a.m. Worse, the room had no hot water. After a sleepless night, I still had to take a cold shower before my noon golf reservation. When I called to complain, the initial response was that nothing could be done. A manager eventually apologized, offered a renovated room, and agreed to comp one night, but we had to wait until noon. We packed all our belongings, hauled them downstairs, and waited about an hour and a half in registration. The next employee was equally unwelcoming and again refused our request for a fountain view. The “upgraded” room was on the 25th floor at the end of another long hallway, overlooking air-conditioning units. Although it had hot water, the shower would not drain properly and the toilet began bubbling. Two rooms, two sets of plumbing problems, hours wasted, little sleep, and an anniversary that became a nightmare. The casino also smelled like a giant ashtray and felt dirty, dated, and unpleasant. The one bright spot was the Paris restaurant, where the food and service were excellent; we learned it operates independently of the hotel. We were in Las Vegas for a wedding, and other guests staying at Paris reported similar problems. We also visited Hoover Dam, played golf, spent time with friends, and enjoyed intimate evenings together. I don’t gamble, so I spent nothing in the casino. P.S. For those questioning how much time we spent in the room: it was our anniversary, and privacy is limited at home because our adult daughter lives with us again. So piss off. Things break, but the hotel’s lack of professionalism, hospitality, and concern was unacceptable. After more than 30 years of visiting Las Vegas, I will never stay at Paris Las Vegas again. If you’re planning a romantic getaway or special occasion, stay somewhere else. One star—and that’s being generous.

We went to Vegas to see the Wizard. Our room was in the Versailles Tower and had a view of the pool, the Eiffel Tower, and the Bellagio Fountains. The secret to the VT is to use the Horseshoe Casino entrance. Also the Cafe in the Horseshoe is lovely. We ate at Vanderpump Paris and it was superb. The upgrade to a Suite was a unexpected surprise. Our friends had a room in Paris that was in bad need of TLC. They were able to move to the VT to an updated room.

We have stays at Paris in the past and we’re very disappointed with the outdated, and not so clean room we were placed in. We stayed at the neighboring Planet Hollywood in this trip and have been happy here. We do however, really enjoy the Paris Casino and in specifics a few of their morning breakfast options. We have made the walk over a few mornings already on this trip. Dine here, but consider staying at a neighboring Ceasars offering.
