Everything was great except the fridge, especially for the people with medications they need to store in a cold place. It’s not fair to urge them to pay extra charge for such a case. Even the fridge’s door was locked and they were charging you off for each time opening if you could have.

Here’s the grammar-checked version: Most hotels on the Strip already have an app to check your membership status and rewards, but the Venetian still does not have one. Instead, you’ll need to log in via their website. The problem I encountered was that when I tried logging in, I kept getting error messages. I reset the password using the “Forgot Password” option, tried logging in again, and still received the error message. I called the help desk, and they reset my password, but when I tried again, I had the same issue. It was quite frustrating. The TVs are somewhat smart TVs; however, Netflix was not working for us. I asked the technician about it, and he claimed the app was experiencing issues across the property and told me to check back the next day. We did, but the issue persisted. We ended up unhooking the HDMI port and connecting it to my iPad Air, and Netflix worked that way. I’m not sure what they meant by the property having issues with Netflix. The Venetian used to be a great place on the Strip, but it is now outdated. Make sure to bring your own entertainment system or just book with the Palazzo instead. Let me know if you’d like further refinements!

The Venetian Resort standard room is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant options are plenty and very tasty, albeit pricey. The Bouchon is always a favourite for me for breakfast or lunch. Recommend if you have a big budget.

This is a class act. Room are huge and beautiful. Bed is outstanding. Everything is first class. Little pricy yet as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Second visit and look forward to future visits. Food in Grand lux Cafe is great. Happy hour is outstanding. Large portions and high quality personal are highly trained and friendly. the Bouchon is wonderful French restaurant. There are over 40 restaurants to choose from. The entire resort is spotless. 5 stars all the way
Best hotel in Vegas.

I could never say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, the rooms, the restaurants, the shopping, the views, the bathrooms, the spa, everything is absolutely amazing. I love it every time we stay here. The pool is even heated for the colder days. ??
