We won't return to The Venetian.

Our "suite" was filthy... there were water rings/stains all over the glass table tops, a horribly dirty window sill (again, with glass rings/stains and spots all along the sill), and long dark hairs all over our shower wall which I noticed while showering. The casino was so incredibly smoke-filled; my eyes were burning from the smoke just walking through the casino. The check-in process was completely chaotic, and we encountered rude front desk staff. We met some old friends in Vegas, and walked next door to The Wynn to experience a quieter and smoke-free environment. We are certain that we will not patronize The Venetian again.

Bellini Bar.. great drinks, very friendly and informative staff

We have been coming here for quite a while. Have been to a lot of other resorts and bars in the Vegas area. The Bellini Bar at the Venetian is a great place. If its your first time or 10th time, the bartenders are terrific. If you need a recommendation for a restaurant or a specific drink, they come thru. Dave, DK, Jackson.... any one of them is great!!!! Go - you wont be sorry.

Order #7045549 Ralph Medina Cancelled Reservation Was Not Allowed as disclaimer states on advertisement

RE: Order #7045549 Charge: CitiVisa $440.52 Date of Charge: 02/23/21 Reservation Dates: 9/13/21 to 9/17/2021 Hotel: Venetian - Las Vegas I had a death in the family and knew I would not be able to make my trip. As a result, I made several attempts to communicate with all parties (Venetian, TripAdvisor, Hurb) and request the cancellation within plenty of time, weeks before the reservation dates but unfortunately neither party helped me with my requested. As noted on the advertised marketing promo, " I can cancel anytime for any reason", but regardless, my request was denied and/or I was given the runaround and no one helped with my request. My next step is to contact Consumer Affairs and file a formal complaint in order to get full refund of $440.52. If you would like to contact me, I am available at (562) 440-7356. I would greatly appreciate any support from your customer service in order to get full refund stated above. Thank you, Mr. Ralph Medina

Great Hotel

Had a wonderful time and! All staff are great and the bonus was winning lots of money but not just us we saw many people winning!.There are so many restaurants to choose from Noodles Asia was delicious and the Grand Lux is one of our favorites.

Every Room is a Suite

I couldnt believe the room! So much space in the bathroom and living area and the bed was really comfortable!.We saw a concert and made dinner reservations at 10:15pm. Will be staying there again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
