My 2 night stay at the Venetian was excellent. I love the newly renovated rooms, and they now include a refrigerator for personal use. The rooms are large and comfortable, I had no maintenance/cleanliness issues with my room. I was also pleased that they still had a pool open in November. With regards to dining, they have some of the best variety of restaurants around. There was plenty of choice between casual and fine dining to cover pretty much all price points. I received excellent service from all the staff I encountered. I've heard all the hype about the Venetian being top tier, and to be honest, they've made a believer out of me.

The Venetian hotel is the way to go ! Elegant & yet comfortable & casual atmosphere. Concierge Nicholet was patient , friendly & helpful . Enjoyed breakfast at the Grand Lux with service with a smile from Lisa . Loved it all!!

All was good. We had some issues of our own making and your front dresk people solved everything in a minute. Very helpful and well trained. When we checked out Lisa was extremely nice and helpful. Very impressive overall.

Venetian/Palazzo never disappoints. Great spacious rooms, amenities and service. This review is to give an incredible shout-out to one of the best Las Vegas hotel employees I have ever encountered. Rochelle assisted me during check in on both Mon Jan 12 and Thur Jan 15. First class service all the way. She listened, she cared, she was personable and she did everything to make me feel welcomed and special. Venetian/Palazzo should feel lucky to have someone like Rochelle to represent the Hotel at Check In. Trust me, this is a lost art in Las Vegas.....but you hit a home run with Rochelle.

We stayed at the Venetian for one night as part of a road trip from California to Texas. From the moment we arrived at Valet parking, our stay and the service offered was impeccable. The valet service took our luggage and promptly brought it to our room once we had checked in. Our room was extremely clean, something my husband and I are both very particular about, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We got the best sleep of our entire two week vacation for that one night at the Venetian…. Even ended up, leaving a couple hours late because we couldn’t get ourselves out of that comfortable bed. We dined at sugarcane and it was a great experience too. The food was fantastic and we managed to arrive at a time when it was not busy at all. Even our checkout experience was perfection. We called for a luggage cart, and the person who brought it packed Our luggage for us, brought it down, walked it to the car, packed our car and offered us plenty of local suggestions. In the meantime. I cannot think of a time I have experienced better service or a better maintained hotel room in my life. 10 out of five stars. Special shout out to Jay from the luggage department, who was really truly fantastic, and finished our stay with a positive and lasting impression.
