Best hotel in Vegas

Ciber004 on Jul 21, 2024

I’ve been all over Vegas and decided to try a this hotel because of a JetBlue getaway package offer. No disappointments. The hotel is massive and gorgeous. Staff is incredible. Happy, accommodating, bent over backwards to assure satisfaction. Casino was great. Great poker room, great pools (although very crowded), PHENOMENAL gym - best hotel gym I’ve ever been to. Even has a 40 foot rock climbing wall! Weight room, CrossFit room, cardio room, free weights, machines…. You name it. Tons of restaurants. And the rooms are all gorgeous two level suites. Housekeeping was wonderful. Room was kept pristine. Common areas immaculate. Would 100% be back without any hesitation!

Pleasantly surprised

Scolona1 on Jul 20, 2024

This was our first time at the Ventetian, we usually stay at the Wynn. I was pleasantly surprised. The room size was great, check in was a breeze, everything was clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great choice of restaurants, tons of shipping and centrally located.

Great hotel

Yali B on Jul 20, 2024

Great location, clean, spacious and comfortable bed. We booked a queen suite. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that can be improved on is the Grand Lux Cafe buffet. The choices are limited, options are SAD (standard American dishes), we did not go with it so can't comment on the quality of the foods but it's not worth $29 per person. But all in all, really enjoy our stay here.

HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING, PLEASE RESIGN

Angela L on Jul 19, 2024

Do not trust the other reviews of this hotel. The housekeeping department head should resign and the entire housekeeping staff needs to be retrained. Upon check-in not only were a set of robes and slippers missing, the one pair of slippers were used and dirty and there was hair in the sink. We called and requested new pairs and did not receive an apology let alone an acknowledgement of the dirty slippers. Housekeeping did not clean our room, did not give turn down service and left us with no towels or amenities for 2 days. I had to wash my hair and body with bar soap and dry myself with the robes. When we called to request amenities and slippers, we were promised ‘a couple minutes’ and they never showed up. By far the worst service I’ve ever received at any hotel.

Ditch the overpriced snacks in the room---we can call room service if we have a snack attack!

Ellie R (Antioch, California) on Jul 18, 2024

The facility was excellent and the staff was friendly. It was very clean. My only disappointment was the overpriced snacks that took up valuable real estate in the room. they stocked the refrigerator with their overpriced stuff and put tempting items on the shelf within sight and reach of children, so that we could not use it for our food. It was too tempting for children, diabetics, alcoholics and dieters. we are quite capable of bringing in our own snacks, or calling for room service in a snack emergency. we could not hide or remove them as the sign said we would be charged. That is so tacky for such a classy place. I hope you rethink this disgusting practice. the front desk said that these were stocked by outside vendors. your loyalty should be to your guests not your vendors!
