Great room, disappointing towels

My wife and I really enjoyed the room, layout and amenities but the bath towels were a real disappointment. We expected much nicer towels. Sure they were heavy terry cloth but the size left you more than a little exposed when you got out of the shower or bath. My wife likes to wrap herself in a nice luxurious towel as she exits the bath. These barely wrapped around our bodies and we're not large people.
It has everything!

The rooms are all wonderful with a very big feeling inside. Beds are awesome comfy. Lots of great dining options and tons of shopping and entertainment options as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and well trained. This is about our fourth stay there so over the years I feel it has not declined at all. You really never need to leave the property to feel like you got a high end world-class vacation experience all in one place.. if you want a comparison as to quality check out Ceasar's and you'll be SO happy you stayed at the Venetian instead!

I booked and paid in full for the Palazzo hotel a fews days before i arrived; when I arrived and checking in, they told me the Palazzo hotel was fully booked, and did no effort, just relocated me to Venetiza tower despite i did want to, the check in lady just showed me the face can't do anything. the hotel rooms over sold the was hotel's fault, why should i paid for they fault????? I was totally screwed and frustrated......... And also, Palazzo and Venetiza are different price, they did not compensate me the price difference. If possible, I would give them a negative feedback...... Never book this hotel again........

This is one of the finest hotels on the LV strip! Their staff is outstanding! Venue (front desk Palazzo side) was extremely helpful and professional. She went out of her way to accommodate an additional guest that was not planned on the original business reservation. The Venetian/ Palazzo truly prioritizes the guest experience. Will definitely stay here again!
Broken Check in Process

Checked in online day before. Got in line when I arrived for that and was told room was not ready and had to wait. Waited almost an hour while people who didn't check in the day before got rooms. I finally got fed up and went back thru the line and complained to manager. They said room that was assigned to me still wasn't clean but they would assign me to one that was. I asked why they didn't do this when I first checked in and they said it was a system issue.
