The Venetian is always a solid choice on the strip however the reason for the review is the stellar pit boss they have in the new high roller room, Jennifer Yturralde. If were being honest, pit bosses have a bad reputation of being rude, aggressive, and desensitized to people trying to have fun. However, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our friend group had a great time, was very accommodating and put up with a little drunken shenanigans. Even when her boss was definitely ready to kick us out for being a little overzealous, (which is horribly stupid on the casinos part since we had most certainly a few hundred thousand in play, talk about not wanting money”. She held them back and truly made sure that we were returning customers over Ceasers. In short, if you see Jennifer in the high limit room, know she will take care of you, and insure you have a amazing experience, win or lose!

Very beautiful place. Cleanliness is unmatched to any other places we’ve ever stayed. All staff members were friendly and helpful at all times.

Close to great food...Sphere...spacious suites...poker room. Ya can't go wrong at The Venetian. (Although the shower water pressure was on the low side, I actually applaud management for saving water in the parched land of the USA.....)

I have visited Vegas a few times but this was my first time at Venetian. This hotel is beautiful from the moment you step in. The front desk staff member was extremely helpful at check in (Genesis I think her name was), giving me a lot of information about the hotel, without prompting, when she discovered it was my first visit. All staff were very friendly from security and housekeeping to restaurant and concierge staff. (Slight negative in one of the gift shops in Grand Canal mall where the staff member threw the bag at me but maybe she was just having a bad day). My rewards card rarely was accepted in the slots (card couldn’t be read properly) but not a big deal. There was plenty of staff offering drinks on the casino floor. Room was beautiful but quite dark (apart from bathroom which was very bright). Quite frustrating having to iron in the dark but not enough to put me off staying again! I had booked a basic room but was very lucky that it overlooked the strip and the new Hard Rock hotel being built. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping attended each day. Although I was quite close to the lifts, there was very little noise. Overall this was an incredibly impressive hotel that was well worth the money. There was a convention being held when I visited which made it really busy but didn’t feel overly crowded. This will now be my first choice hotel when visiting Vegas again.

Nice enough hotel but no conditioner or shower gel was ever refilled so would advise to take your own.
