When you enter they clap for you, we got there after 3, so we didn't get a welcome drink. Robert the concierge that checked us in was pleasant. Kevin the luggage and trolley person is strong as h3ll. We found out the hotel doesn't have elevators where the rooms are and we had to climb the steps he took my cousin luggage and mine at the same time all the way to the 3rd floor in one take. Yes we Helped because we had other luggages.. at this point I name him Might Mouse for his nickname . So we after settling in we were hungry. We couldn't get into restaurants because they require reservations, but of course we got there we couldn't get one and all restaurants were booked out. We tried our luck by going to the steakhouse. They said we have to wait 15 min to see if there will be a no show for someone who made reservations, so we waited 2 min because the 15 min was about to be up. So we got a seat but it wasn't inside the restaurant. It was outside of the restaurant it was apart of the restaurant though. There was plenty seats so I dont see why we couldn't get one, but we did and we ate.. as my cousin said they need to have reservations options open for people who are just arriving as well. Jean Carlos aka teen wolf At the pool was a wonderful server, very attentive and does it with a smile. I wish I remember the guy that was on the trolley That took us to the lobby, so I'll call him Karaoke trolley, he made the ride fun, asking if we wanted to do karaoke and he put a Beyonce song and we were all singing. Zeydi aka Princess she works at the spa. Very pleasant lady, for my birthday she pulled some strings. Something about Zeydi energy though was something else, I saw another person trying to sell the spa package. But I only wanted to book with her. I'm glad I did. The last day of the trip my cousin lost her glasses. We saw Zedyi she radio to ask if they saw it and they said no. We went to eat breakfast before going back up look for the glasses, my cousin left after to go to concierge, I was still eating. I saw zeydi again and said still nothing, she said no. She then said did you ask the restaurant, it then clicked to me after the spa we did go and eat lunch at the buffet. Went back I the restaurant ask if they saw glasses from yesterday Hostess said no, without looking, then I said you sure it was yesterday after lunch. I was standing right next to her so she then opened the bottom cabinet, then the draw she said are these them, I said yes. Went back out to zeydi and gave a her big hug. Then I called my cousin saying you will be able to see again lol. Thank God for zeydi because we were leaving to go to the airport in less than 2 hours. Zeydi is very sweet person. All in all it was good just the making of reservations will make you annoyed. Also beware the hotel is on a hill that's why they have the trolley. They do have steps to the side if you don't want to walk up and down the slopes. There's no elevators for where your rooms are, its 3 stories high though. My room qas 14302, good view of the mountains and oceanview.
