This was our first time in Costa Rica and I could tell you that it’s been an amazing experience planet Hollywood is a beautiful experience food staff everyone does an amazing job and they work hard to please you and I must comment on Paula at the bar she is the sweetest person and the best server and make the best Mango Bay drinks This will be one the the most amazing place and I recommend it for anyone to come and experience this place ??

We had a great time at Planet Hollywood. The attention to detail to ensure your stay is the best is second to none. The entertainers at night were very talented. If you go to PH make sure to ask for the passionfruit margarita by Tony Twist! It’s fantastic!

Wonderful week spent at PH Costa Rica celebrating a milestone birthday with a friend. The property is beautifully maintained and we had the most stunning views from our Junior Oceanview Suite. We were at the pool everyday and while there were lots of loungers available, I’d have loved to see more umbrellas as the sun & heat were relentless. The beach was far bigger than expected based on the resort pics I’d seen, the white-faced monkeys were adorable & entertaining, and the black sand beach felt like velvet underfoot. Food was pretty average overall, but the best meals were at Sunset Strip Steakhouse & Blue Star Tex-Mex Cantina. The best part was no reservations required so you could go for whatever you felt like on any given night. What makes this resort get 5 stars from me was the exceptional service and friendliness from every single employee on-site. Sophia, Maria & Anna at So Cal buffet were exemplary and made us feel like family, as did Randall Pina at Blue Tex-Mex, where he shared his sand art and sent us home with wooden carts he makes himself! Drinks flowed freely and all bartenders were speedy and friendly. Would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with exceptional service!

Josh looking after us in cabana 2 days was amazing. He is truly an asset to this location!! This property for the most part is very good, like any location there are some exceptional people both good and bad. Tuesday April 23 Angie, cabana organizer was amazing, today cabana organizer April 26 Alexandria I believe was her name was horrible. These places are made or broken by the level of customer service. There’s some shining stars that should be congratulated and others not so much. This is my fourth visit to this property and it’s still one of my favorites, however, however, I have not noticed that decline and some of the customer service levels and will be a consideration for booking the future. I rate service level eight out of 10, however, could easily be attended if it wasn’t for some individuals.

The food experience was great. GIMENA at so cal dining took care of us and she was extremely attentive. She too extra effort to make sure that we have everything we needed on our food adventure.
