We had a great experience at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach after our flight was canceled, and United provided us with accommodations here. A huge shoutout to Ipo and David, who went above and beyond to make the check-in process seamless and stress-free. They were friendly, professional, and truly made us feel welcome during a challenging situation. The room we received was fantastic—clean, comfortable, with great pillows and a cozy bed, as well as well-appointed. It turned what could have been a frustrating travel delay into an unexpectedly pleasant stay. Special thanks to Kyle from the pool bar, who not only made our stay incredibly enjoyable with his great recommendations but also served great drinks. Thank you, Ipo, David, and Kyle, for your exceptional service! We’ll definitely remember this experience and here we are recommending it to others. Honestly, having a flight canceled in Kauai isn’t such a bad deal when you have a team and accommodations like this to make it all work smoothly!

This hotel faces east so there are gorgeous sunrises every morning. We reserved an ocean view room and while we did have an ocean view, it also looked out to the pool area. I figured out later that to have a true ocean view, you need to reserve an ocean front room, which is more expensive. Service at the hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly. We liked the location as it was easy to drive to other parts of the island. The only disappointment was the hotel restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I'd definitely return.

We had an unforgettable stay at Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort! The friendly service made us feel so welcome. The stunning ocean views with hammocks were pure paradise, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. The food was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations. Great vacation at the Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort! The best part was actually our waiter at the Moamoa Restaurant. His name is Art. His heart and service was exceptional. The Sheraton is truly blessed to have his service for 40+ years! He is someone very special! Thank you!
