Beautiful hotel with a nice location but the room was not very clean. There were stains on the bathroom door and wall. Windows were dirty. But the staff is Very kind and helpful. Food is good. A little over priced though

The Andaz staff is always so helpful and pleasant! The food, beverage, and meeting room accommodations were great. It's always so nice to be greeted by happy faces at check-in and check-out. And the event coordination team is top notch. Everything about our stay was easy.

A family of four stayed here in July 2024. A great location to explore LA. Rooms were of a good size and standard. Food at Riot House restaurant also very good. On-site shop for snacks and take away. Small pool on roof to enjoy (busy at weekends). This was a laid back hotel but what stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you to Ashley on reception for her welcome and looking after us during our stay.

We stayed for location to family. The room smelled, the carpet looked dirty, the bathroom was a bit run down, and the lighting was terrible fluorescent lighting. The view was a parking lot. Overall wouldn’t go back.

Hhh A few nights in West Hollywood, stayed in the Andaz. Very nice hotel, valet parking $75 a night I think it was, decent check in, friendly staff, free snacks at reception 24 hours. Landing area at floor was freezing, but otherwise OK. Rooms were a little dated but a great view across LA. Food was nice, and the menu although small had enough, if you like eggs, bacon and that sort of thing. Croissants could have been better. Fantastic location at the centre of a nice and lively area. A word of warning, be prepared for homeless people around the area; nothing to do with the hotel, of course. California is expensive but I think this hotel leans a tad on the pricey side. Anyway, very good overall experience.
