If you are looking for a nice hotel, go elsewhere. For the money, you can do better. It may be clean, but my room was beat up, and the staff, though kind and good-natured, had no idea what they were doing for very basic needs.

Zoe was extremely kind and generous to help welcome our stay on my wife’s birthday and the property is extremely lovely. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and kind.

My suite was in fantastic condition. Housekeeping was fantastic, had all the amenities that I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and supportive and helpful. Great location, easily accessible.

We had a great stay at the Andaz West Hollywood. The location is very convenient, right on Sunset Boulevard, and perfect for visiting Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Griffith Observatory, and many other nearby attractions. It’s less convenient if you’re planning to visit Santa Monica and Venice Beach, which are a bit farther away. The hotel offers valet parking, which is convenient but quite expensive. There are also several parking options nearby that are more affordable. The rooftop pool is definitely one of the highlights, with a fantastic view over Los Angeles and the city skyline. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was excellent and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the complimentary snacks and coffee available at reception. It’s a great service, especially if you want to grab a quick coffee and something small to eat before heading out for the day. Overall, a very comfortable hotel in a great location. I would recommend it.

Great service as always. the view of LA was amazing. We got a top floor overlooking sunset. Room service was available and the food was very good. Never left the room and we got all that we required to have a great day here.
