The staff was helpful and respectful to our needs. The AGENT Kaitlyn at checkin was awesome. She was helpful and even helped to bring our things to our room. She got me a ada room with a roll in shower and it was clean and ready to stay. I appreciate the personal touches. I know when and if I come alone one another trip this staff will assist me when needed so it will make my stay effortless. Thanks Kaitlyn especially but my hats off to the Hotel and all it's staff.

Big rooms, great little sun room, should have coffee machines in the rooms, so much more could be made of the lobby and restaurant

We are repeat hotel guests of the Andaz West Hollywood and have stayed here many times throughout the years. We've stayed here when it was the Hyatt on Sunset. One of the amenities as hotel guest we always enjoyed was the rooftop pool. Please know that the Andaz now sells "Day Passes" for people to use the Andaz pool. As hotel guest we could not find two seats together. We went back later in the afternoon and found two chairs. The four people around us were talking about how much they paid for their day pass. It appears $35 buys access to the Andaz pool. Beware that you you may not be able to use the hotel amenities depending on home many day passes are sold. Our understanding is the day pass is an app on the phone. Andaz does not check driver's license or security for day pass people.

The location of the Andaz was very safe and convenient. The music and old school vinyl records theme of the hotel provided a wonderful vibe. Pool scene very cool with great bartenders. The DJs at Kaye Records were spinning vinyl and did a fantastic job!!! The staff was very helpful from front desk to restaurant/bar to the valets. I would definitely recommend the Andaz.

We had three adults using two rooms in the hotel. We found the views over the Boulevard and the size of the rooms to be very nice. The pool area is fantastic and is well worth a visit even if you don't want to get into the pool. Dining was satisfactory and service great er we would use this hotel again when Los Angeles.
