My wife never wanted to go to USA but after our holiday she fell in love with the overall experience. The staff could not have been more helpful. After arriving at 8.00 I was expecting that I would have to wait until 2.00 pm to check in. With Andaz staff, no problem. We upgraded to a higher floor at a minimal cost and well worth it. We will return.

Very helpful at reception on arrival i asked for an upgraded room was told we were in luck we viewed the room it was a studio and turned out to be the room little Richard lived in for nearly 20 years, was blown away with size and view of sunset Boulevard and could have it for $80 extra a nite which we jumped at it, the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent with a good selection the staff were very friendly. Me and my son used the gym and had a swim in the roof top pool which was stunning at 9am with sun. The hotel is in a perfect location for Paramount studio tour, Griffiths observatory, walk of fame, Dolby theatre, Whisky a go go the Rainbow, Selling sunset base , I would say we used Ubers to get everywhere. Would highly recommend this location and Hotel.

Always top notch service and accommodations at Andaz West Hollywood. The dj is a nice addition to the bar/lounge area. Within walking distance to iconic sites. Be sure to take in a show at the Comedy Store. Bar service was superb. I would like to see a rotating cocktail menu.

Wonderful and accommodating staff! From the front desk to the housekeeping, to the breakfast staff, our family was beyond happy! Whitney, the front desk manager and Ashley from the front desk made our late night arrival pleasant. Without blinking an eye, they offered to upgrade our room to an amazing and spacious suite. The room was consistently cleaned and replenishsd with towels. The service overall was incredible!

Nice location. Room is spacious. You can tell that the hotel is aged but the soundproofing was actually not bad. Rooftop is beautiful. However it was hard to adjust water temperature (it got too hot very easily) and also there was no coffee machine or bathtub in the room. Surprisingly, there were slippers, which I almost never saw offered in US hotels. Front desk offered late checkout benefit without me asking and they have unlimited free snacks. Overall my experience was better than my expectation based on some of the negative reviews.
