Chris I where here for our nephews wedding, (Vineland) staff where all great, a lot to do in this area, Warner brother’s, universal studios (get the VIP pass with tour guide, private 6 hr tour of the area just to name a few. 5 day stay great. Back yard restaurant for breakfast and dinner very nice setting, pool bar and pool were nice

Safe 20 minutes walk from Universal. Only downside is $35 Parking. We got a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. The standard rooms are ok. Ask to be on floor 2 as a minimum otherwise you will either be on the ground or basement level. The restaurant was excellent too.

The Garland was amazing! Every detail of the hotel was perfect! The employees were polite and friendly, and the house keeping was amazing!! Every day when we came back from a long day of site-seeing, it was like checking in to a new, clean room every day!! It was amazing, and the best I've ever seen! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

First I want to thank housekeeping. Rossana, head of housekeeping, and Cynthia, along with all the stellar housekeeping staff, have made a huge difference during our stay. I don’t know the individual names of all the housekeeping staff that take care of us day to day, but we are truly indebted to them. My wife is immune compromised, and she suffered a serious flare up. Her new doctors have found a treatment that is turning things around. In the meantime, The Garland Hotel and the entire staff have been literal lifesavers, in every way. We were thrown by my wife getting worse. The staff acted as a caring family, above and beyond anything we could ask. Housekeeping worked around our odd hours, and brought anything extra we needed. And they were truly kind and helpful, which can be in short supply these days. My wife’s review of The Garland covers multiple facets of the hotel and its people, all of which are beyond excellent! We want to add to that how much a young man named Bruce has done for us, both before and after my wife wasn’t feeling well. And also now as she gets better. He will help you in any way he can anytime, and by the way, both in healthy and well times gives us great advice about particular foods and beverages. Everyone mentioned in my wife’s review, under “Callie” I can absolutely confirm as the very best. As well as Crystal, Angel and whomever I am accidentally forgetting. William, Matthew, Dom, Gober, Jorge, Don and Kenneth, have been irreplaceably great. As family members and friends have joined us to visit, they have all been so impressed with everything and everyone in the hotel. Not to mention how much fun they have had. The place is fun on top of all the great substance and substantial people who are there. We plan to partake of that fun before we head home. And of course we will always be back. And my wife wants to throw our son’s wedding reception at the hotel, and I am in full agreement. Can recommend the Garland to absolutely everyone, in every way.
