Universal Hollywood Trip

The lounge crew at the Sheraton Universal hotel were extremely attentive and helpful. They had the food ready and available at all times. The lounge was neatly arranged, cleaned and organized. Every time we leave our seats, the table was cleaned and like new when we return. My thanks and compliments to Maria, Angie and Helen!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the Sheraton rewards member breakfast. Helen, Mary D, Matthew, DJ and Albino were all willing and ready to assist us with a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable room.

Great breakfast service

Breakfast was great, it was hot and we had a good variety to select from. The servers where on top of every from refills, cleaning, restocking food Helen, Angie & Maria took great care of us and the whole dining room for that matter (Thank you ladies for your dedication to taking care of stranger)

Great consistent service at the Sheraton

Went there with the family. I am a Platinum member with Marriot so i took the family and had breakfast at the lounge. The staff there that included Mari, Sandra, and Angie were absolutely wonderful. I have been there multiple times and their service is always amazing. Thank you for your hospitality.

Extremely compassionate customer service

We stayed at the Sheraton Universal for the second leg of our Disney/Universal family vacation. However, the first night we arrived I felt ill. The next morning my wife drove me to the nearest hospital and I was admitted to the ER. When she arrived back at the hotel with the kids in tow the Valet asked if she was enjoying her morning so far. My wife responded, "Not really, I just dropped my husband off at the ER". My wife told me that the valet came up and gave her a big hug, and the staff was very accommodating. We had to extend our stay two additional days while I recovered in the hospital. The care shown for my wife, while I was unable to be there had made us loyally customers.
