We had some sushi at the Pergola and our server Ofelia was very kind a gave us a great service. She was very friendly, and was very attentive to our needs. The food that she recommended, made by the chef Naomy was delicious. We will definitely be returning on our next vacation to Cabos.

Everything and everyone at Hacienda Encantada made our family trip a true delight: the room accommodations, view, location to town, authentic decor (not just an international hotel chain), pools, restaurants, and staff. Special shout out to Luis who greeted us with a huge smile and a wonderful conversation each time we picked up our car (and by the end of our week, with hugs), and to Edwing, our amazing new friend and server at El Patio bar by the pool, as well as Gustavo who gave us many great recommendations to where to go and where to shop. We also had a fantastic dinner at El Mestizo, which was truly special for my wife, parents, and me. Thank you Hacienda Encantada, we appreciate all you did for us, and we will be back!

We had the best family vacation at the Hacienda Encantada, beautiful property excellent views and the best staff! I want to specifically shoutout some of the staff who became family over the week starting with Juan Ramon he is the best pool waiter in Cabo hands down! He keeps you hydrated the entire day/week and is a great guy! Shoutout to the golf cart crew (Effrain, Jefty, Alonzo, and Marco) for always giving us rides never waited more than 3 minutes to be picked up those guys are super friendly and efficient! Last but not least Jose the gatekeeper at the residences Mi Tocayo! Best gatekeeper in Cabo. Thanks for an amazing week and we can’t wait to go back!

This place is amazing! Ericson at breakfast was the greatest ever. He gave places to visit and even let us know about drinks we would like and Domingo the bartender was exceptional. 5,000 stars. What an amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back for another stay

Juan Ramon was the best waiter at El Patio pool. He was so attentive to our family and made us all feel so welcome from the first day to the end. I highly recommend asking for him at the pool. We had the best experience! Juan is so friendly and we truly felt very relaxed this trip. Thank you Juan Ramon!
