Great Destination! Superb service and transportation. Thanks Trinidad, Marcos, Adrian, Alex and Isabell! And all staff were great. Good cold rooms and beautiful property

The Room we had needed some repairs, one of the shower doors had a broken glass, the ceiling tiles in my bathroom were loose & I kept finding little bugs in there. Lobby: Clemens Our 1st room had a musty oder, he got us into a new room within an hour. He was very helpful & listened to to our concern and quickly made several calls to get it taken care of. The staff throughout was spectacular ?? Skybar Gym : CESAR HE WAS GREAT! He took the time to help me through a workout routine. I got 2 days of training. He offered help throughout my stay, but I was pretty sore ?? Maria’s Breakfast: ISABEL She was always very outgoing & helpful, she waited on us, she always knew when we needed more coffee or a mimisa ?? Maria’s Breakfast: TERESA Very friendly & quick to get us refills. Welcoming personality. Attico Bar: ALEJANDRO & MISMAEL The waiters at rooftop pool were always on their game. Constantly checking if we needed refills on drinks or if we needed to order appetizers or snacks. The entire rooftop bar staff was always friendly and engaging. The food was also delicious ??

Location is incredibly beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. Several pools to choose from with swim up bars, each offering a different food menu, from, tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads and sushi. The cocktails are fun too, even though I pretty much stuck to the margaritas. They have a kids club, with activities, pool and games. There’s beach volleyball, tennis, putting green and gyms. I was much more of a lounge person with my drink.

In El Patio : Samuel made our week here extra fun! Gustavo made us personalized off menu drinks and Benjamin made some of the best food that I have had on this trip. Thank you to all for making our experience here extra special and memorable

Loved our stay, everyone was polite and friendly - Isabel at Maria’s is fantastic, you must sit at her section. She’s attentive, remembers your name and your favorite drink. Even though we don’t book an excursion ,Axle would’ve been our guy. We met great people that wee are also staying here. I enjoyed it looking for a place to stay. Come check it out.
