Ericson was very kind and smiled the entire day. He made sure every time he interacted with us that our needs were met and he made us feel like we were an important part of his day. Erick was there every time we finished a beverage making sure we were satisfied with our service. Which we WERE!!!! I’m coming back here tomorrow in hopes that Erick is our waiter again.

Erickson at the Perijola bar was the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! He took care of us amidst a HUGE group of people! And went above and beyond!!!! We had a great experience at this pool and it was a family and kid friendly spot!!! The Mexican music was good here too!

I would recommend for families. Not too wild for parties. All of the staff is amazing. Had great experiences with Ericson and Isabel waiting on us. The staff is very personable. I would also recommend some cash tips to help the staff. Lots of pools for the kids.

Where to begin?? My parents stayed at the other resort on the property “Vista Encantada” 4 years ago right before Covid. They went on and on about how amazing their experience was from the service, food, views, etc! After hearing them rave about how wonderful this place was I knew that I had to plan a vacation to hopefully experience the same type of vacation! Well 4 years later my husband and I finally were able to vacation here but we stayed at Hacienda Encantada. And wow my parents were not kidding! This was such an incredible getaway for us. There were so many wonderful things about staying here. But the most memorable part was the hospitality and staff! I want to quickly shout out our favorite staff members who took our vacation to the next level: From the restaurant at La Trajinera: Gerardo, Alberto, and Enrique, from the adult pool: Gustavo and Jesus, and from Mestizo Del Mar: Carlos and Alexander! From the bottom of our hearts thank you for making us feel welcome and like family. I want to come back just for them! Other than the hospitality being so wonderful, the room was spacious and clean, the views from the pool are gorgeous, the pools are warm, the food is great, and the property itself is gorgeous with the flowers and plants!! I 100% recommend getting the all inclusive. We showed up not with the all inclusive and after talking with the front desk we decided to go for it and every day we said we were so happy we did. My husband and I don’t drink and they have a plan for people who don’t drink alcohol! Overall the food was good! There are places on the resort that are better than others. My recommendations: -For breakfast at Las Marias you must get a custom omelette, orange juice, and French toast! -At the pool restaurant “El Patio” get shrimp quesadillas and I loved the non alcoholic strawberry daiquiri. -At La Trajinera get the caesar salad with chicken, baja shrimp tacos for main course, and lemon pie for dessert! -At El Eden I loved the Al Pastor Tacos and my husband loved his “El Eden Molocajete”. -Mestizo Del Mar get the crab cakes, chicken caesar salad, salmon, and chocolate cake!! Overall what an amazing experience. Next time we come to Los Cabo’s we will definitely be staying here!! Thank you Hacienda Encantada for a wonderful vacation!

Manuel Salgado makes our trip wonderful every time!! If you need to book any excursions see Manual! He goes way beyond to make sure you get what you need while at Hacienda. Been going for years and he remembers us every time. Cannot wait to for next time.
