Excellent spot with breathtaking views . I was waited on hand and foot by all . Carted everywhere I needed to go . The staff was happy and very friendly . José and Johana at customer service always happy to help . Claudia Lovera happily served me almost daily at Maria's for breakfast and went out of her way daily to make sure I had all I needed . The wait staff at the pool area behind building 3 were excellent and friendly . Particularly, Daniel which would greet you with a happy smile and a chat every evening .I plan on a return trip with my grandkids first opportunity. Thanks to all !!!!! Garth Spencer

Stayed here at the end of February with my family and had a fantastic time. The resort and our room were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Julio and the crew at the El Patio bar — Omar, Cesar, Oscar, and Aristed. Those guys were outstanding and really made the experience memorable. The food was excellent across the resort, with consistently great options everywhere we ate. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Entire staff was pleasant and courteous

Blend Nelson Martinez provided first-class service, he was professional and gave us excellent recommendations. We enjoyed every moment. This was undoubtedly the most beautifully prepared and presented meal and the view was second to none and included the company of playful whales and fireworks in the distance. Thank you for an unforgettable evening!
