This resort is our happy happy place and it was made extra special by our concierge, Karla Z. My husband and I made an instant connection with this wonderful person with the magic smile. Karla carried through with every question and need. We even had dinner in San Jose to share her life experiences and future plans. Karla exudes warmth and professionalism. She elevated an already beautiful vacation.

I love this property. Nevertheless, signs of wear and tear are evident in individual accommodations, such as loose kitchen faucet, water leaks at the base of sink faucets and slow shower water drainage, along with a few additional issues during this year's stay. As a royal guest at Hacienda Encantada, I prefer to see the room well-maintained.

Great staff and wonderful friendly people. Edwing is a rising star he brings a wonderful experience and friendly manner to those he meets. For those coming here you know your in good hands and are going to have a wonderful time with Edwing around.

Seems to be the best location- views are stunning. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding- especially Luis Gustavo by the pool who took such great care of us and Juan de Dio at El Eden who made many special requests from us happen. Thank you for having the best staff around. We feel spoiled!

We loved our room once we got rid of the mosquitoes. We were very happy with our view! The staff at the “Patio” pool restaurant/bar were fantastic. First time they had a girl server. Her name was Ingrid. She was great. Always happy and pleasant. A very nice addition to their team. The food is very good. We even brought some up to our room to have for dinner last night. And just enjoyed our room and view.
