Fabulous evening! Wonderful service with Our server Blend! Beyond our expectations! Great food! Great service!

Our first time here and we had a great time. All the staff was really friendly and property was very well kept and very clean all around. The rooms were nice and clean with plenty of space. Located just a short ride from the marina the shuttle was very convenient. We enjoyed all the amenities available. restaurants, pools and spa service. Music level was enjoyable. Not overly loud and no noise disturbance at night. Cesar who was at the pool bar the week we were there was amazing. Truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. We actually looked forward to seeing him everyday when we went to the pool. Great attitude and drinks were fantastic. He was definitely a highlight to our vacation. Hopefully we get to return soon.

What a wonderful relaxing week stay at this ocean front resort. The food, the drink and service were exceptional. Accolades to Isabel at the Las Marias breakfast restaurant. She knew what we wanted before we did. Always a smile and welcoming hug. Alex a great mixologist at phase three pool and restaurant and Samuel a hard working server who made sure everything we ordered was perfect. Paulina in the office made our check in and checkout process a snap. A great person to get our vacation started and ended. Luis the manager of the Barolo Italian restaurant made sure our experience was exceptional. We will definitely be back. A great resort with incredible views.

The most amazing resort! This will be our 6th time. We brought our friends to have their Honeymoon here and they even gave them Vista access since it was their Honeymoon!!! Absolutely love this place!!!

Overall bad experience. The staff was incredibly slow whenever we ordered anything, our room was fine but nothing special but the iron didn't work and we realized as we were about to get ready for a wedding. It took them a solid 20 minutes to bring a new one. Then the real problems started. Our sink broke and they came and fixed it but the glue they used needed to cure for half of a day so we couldn't use it. The sink would randomly make an incredibly loud whistle noise which multiple times woke us up in the middle of the night. Everything on the property is incredibly overpriced and they don't allow Ubers in because they have a deal with the taxi companies to profit share. An uber to a restaurant was about $7 and the taxi was $25. I expressed all of my issues to them and they said they'd figure out something for us and the comped us a taxi to the airport and said they'd email me afterwards with the "customer experience manager" who flat out just said nothing they're willing to do to help smooth out the situation. Brutal customer service. Stay away, spend a little more and go to another hotel. Will never be coming back.
