Martin was so awesome!! Super friendly and kind. Always on top of our needs. Sweet and kind. It was so nice to stay at a place where the workers truly live what they do and are there to make you happy and enjoy your stay!! I would highly recommend staying here and Martin will help make your stay amazing!!

I chose this location for my wife and I, and five other couples. I did my homework on Trip Advisor, Expedia, and more. If you want extremely quiet, secluded, good food and service, I recommend it. Incredibly clean and serene. It was a good experience but we won’t go back. Just some thoughts on why. First off, it is all inclusive, but they constantly scanned your wrist bands to get you to tip this, tip that. Hassle and frustrating. The sister hotels are a hassle to get to, and not as nice. The Sunset is like an amusement park with people everywhere, crazy shuttles to get you up and down the mountain, bad food and service outside of the top restaurants, etc. You are allowed to use the other properties restaurants, BUT THE GOOD ONES have an up charge and limited availability. If you want to swim on the beach, you can’t go here. Beautiful but incredibly dangerous. We had a nice stay, but it is pricey for the value, could offer more things to do(there is nothing to do unless you want serenity).
