Pueblo Bonito - A Spectacular Honeymoon

This was the perfect honeymoon experience. We stayed a week here in one of the tower suites with the all inclusive package. Our Butler’s Leopaldo & Beto were absolutely outstanding. The two of them made the experience so much better than we could have imagined. I would highly recommend the Butler service for a honeymoon! I also want to apologize for not mentioning them on the tablet review we left on our way out. Sorry!!!! You are the best!!!!! As for everything else on the resort, the restaurants were all wonderful. Siempre is the buffet breakfast and it was everything I wanted in a buffet! It was right up there with the best buffet’s I’ve had anywhere. Their hash, eggs, and spreads were amazing. Huge selection. On weekends it even gets crazier for the brunch which includes entree options. Seafood scampi, taco station, carving station. You name it. Quiviera Steakhouse is absolutely worth a visit, and you can walk there from the beach. The beach is beautiful and the cliff of a beach down to the water are really quite steep but there’s plenty of space to walk the beautiful beach safely. We were also here during the tail end of whale watching season and were able to see them every morning and evening from the whole resort! Of course the whale watching lounge makes for a wonderful place to view them. The pools were chilly given it was February but I did make use of the jacuzzi once and it was nice. The poolside servers are pretty laid back but the service is faster than other resorts I have been to! And our butlers were always able to meet us there throughout the day to see how we were doing. My wife loved the cabanas. I enjoyed laying there mostly but she said loved every day we spent on the beach just relaxing. One of the best parts of butler service was Leopaldo & Beto handling the restaurant scheduling for us. It was so nice to have them make sure we were set up well. The only time we left the resort was to take a quick shuttle over to the sister resort to get dinner at La Frida. La Frida was spectacular, absolutely worth doing. This was the most memorable restaurant from our visit and it would be an absolute must for us when we come back. Shuttle to and from the airport was easy. Check in and out was easy. The butlers turned what would have been a great experience into an absolutely unforgettable experience. Thank you Leopaldo, Beto, and Pueblo Bonito!
Enjoyable week at the Pacififca

Our group recently enjoyed a fantastic weeks stay at the Pacifica. Some of the positives would include the quality of food, service & housekeeping. The room was clean with a firm but comfortable bed and a great view. The wifi was dependable around the entire resort. There always seemed to be plenty of chairs available when we arrived at poolside by mid-morning. The breakfast at the Empress was great… the French toast was delicious. Our groups favorite restaurant for dinner was Pescados. On the downside, the nightlife after 10pm was virtually non-existent. The beach bar had some music going but they managed to ruin every song by adding their own base/electronic drum fills. Be aware of the upgrades as some are extremely expensive. The tapping in/out process at the restaurants became tiresome, especially when leaving and the staff were busy. There were times when a buffet option for lunch & dinner would have been appreciated. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time at the Pacifica. I would rate our stay at 4.5 out of 5.
