We came from Australia so treated ourselves to an ocean front room with its own pool and patio with outside bathtub. It was exactly what we were hoping for and a week before arriving we received an email our room comes with a butler!! We were hesitant regarding the all inclusive but the food and drinks are great. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We love it here. Our room is re stocked every day with fresh ice bucket and snacks of our choice arriving each afternoon. Our butler’s Marvin and Stevan are wonderful. They make our dinner reservations, set up our beach hut each day with an esky of drinks, had a bath ready after we spent the day on a tour so we could relax, bring us lunch from any restaurant at the resort. They gave us a mobile phone to call them anytime for anything. If we didn’t live on the other side of the world we would visit every year
Beautiful Time in Paradise

My wife and I went to this Sandals location for our 20th anniversary. We were not disappointed. This was our first time in Jamaica, our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and our first time at a Sandals resort. Talk about making the right choice. This location is literally next to the airport. It takes about 10-15min for your transfer to drive around the runaway to get there. Being so close means you hear every takeoff, but it in no way impacts the amount of fun and relaxation you can enjoy on property. This location is an adult-only resort and we found it to be an amazing change for the norm. Since we normally travel with our kids, to not have them and not be surrounded by other kids was a nice change. The biggest inconvenience is that you have to pause your conversation for the 5-6 seconds the plane is flying by. This site has 12 restaurants on property and during our 4-day the only time we went to the same restaurant was for breakfast, and we ate 3 meals a day. The drinks were generous and varied, the room's mini-bar was well stocked, the staff was AMAZING, the on-site activities and entertainment were perfect, and the off-site options were plentiful. Then you can take a 15min shuttle ride to the Sandals Royal Caribbean resort and have full access to all their facilties and restaurants. the food options are insane: Tokyo Joes: You pick your meat, add some veggies, and watch them cook it and load up your plate. Butch's Steakhouse: Elegant dining, great atmosphere, food was amazing. Oleander: a sharable plate experience where the portions are small so you can order multiple entrees. Perfect for those that want to try multiple things on the menu. Jerk Shack: Get that real Jamaican Jerk experience. Then the staff. They are all excellent, friendly, will stop and talk with you just in passing, and you begin to develop bonds. A few that stood out during our stay were: Alex (Concierge): He escorted us to our room and worked to get us a reservation at Butch's (next available was the day we left) and was able to get us in the night before we left. we came back to our room to find a planner stuck to our door with the date and time of our reservation. Carlena (Tokyo Joe's Cook): she made some great recommendations for the sauces to cook my food in and she cooked it to perfection. Damario (Entertainment Team): Greeted us while we were walking by and gave us a rundown of the events we had to see. Let us know just to let people know Mario sent us. Richard (Transfer Driver): He picked us up from the airport and gave us a rundown of what to expect, some history of the island, and set the tone for how the Sandals staff treats you. Hikeema (Tokyo Joe's Waitress): Had great recommendations of what popular drinks to try and always appeared right when we were looking for our waitress. Frank (Jerk Shack Waiter): Knew what was the best meal to get and where I could get some Coco bread (IYKYK). Floyd (Bayside Waiter): He was the embodiment of island time. He was relaxed, never in a rush, but always where he needed to be when he needed to be there. He took time to talk with us about himself, his experiences at Sandals, gave us great recommendations on events we should try, and was an overall nice person. Samoy (Oleander Waitress): she provided excellent service, was very professional and endearing, and provided excellent food recommendations. She also let us know we didn't order enough food and pointed out what other items we should add based on what we ordered. Philip (Butch's Waiter): very thorough, polite, and skilled. His level of professionalism far exceeded his 2yrs of experience. We can't wait to go back and also experience other Sandals resorts.
