This is my third time to this resort and will not be my last! I love it! The entertainment team is awesome! They keep it so fun. They have daily entertainment and games/events. They are so involved and treat you like family! Akeem and crazy Chris are top notch! They whole resort staff are so attentive. Food is amazing!

This was our fourth visit to a sandals resort - all being different locations. We had a fantastic time last year in Barbados and wondered how this would compare. We were pleasantly surprised! Checking into room was OK and finding a lounger at the pool was no issue (we did stay at the quieter pool near buffer restaurant) Food and drink as usual great! You must also go to the Latitudes Bar which is further down the beach and nearer the other pool. You have fantastic views of the sea and it is great in the evening to have a drink. We also tried the glass bottom boat ride which was very entertaining. The only thing I would say was a downside was the fact we as always book club level and it was not the same level as the other resorts. The main issue we saw was that there was not enough staff. We tried to go to the cocktail evening and only one person was there holding the fort! They did try to help and ordered cocktails from the bar for us while we waited in the lounge. The staff always tried their best but we felt there should have been more there to help.

We have had the best time for our honeymoon! It’s a perfect mix of romantic and fun. A special mention to Dane who was the absolute best bartender! He was informative, funny, and made fantastic drinks! We had the best time at his bar (the piano bar) and made sure we went back each night!

Dane is the pool bartender he is the best bartender we have ever had. He is kind and fun and you will have a great time with him if you come here. He is the pool bartender and makes the most amazing drinks I have ever had. This resort has been amazing the best place to stay.

Exceptional experience at Sandals Montego Bay! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this resort stay has been. Service above and beyond. Rushane and Raj our butlers in the 1400 block made our stay absolutely perfect!! I wanted Ackee and Saltfish for breakfast today and they made it happen. Food is truly delicious and better than any resort I have stayed at. I am a travel consultant and have had the opportunity to visit many resorts. Lots of activities and entertainment for all. The vibe is upbeat and the grounds are stunning, so many colorful flowers. Lush and tropical with a beautiful private beach. Our friend Aston does a top notch job of grooming the beach and has interesting stories. Shout outs to Alexcia at the Red Lane Spa (who gave me the BEST body scrub to round up my holiday) along with Ajani, Rinaldo and Tamara and Cerisa in poolside for their great service! The General Manager Chris Elliott welcomed us, gave us a tour and I can tell you this resort is a reflection of the positive culture he has curated under his helm. All the staff are so friendly, professional and happy. Highly recommend this resort and will definitely promote to my clients as well return for my own personal holiday!! Travelling with 3 girlfriends and they could not agree more with this review.
