Sixth time at the same place?!!!

This is our 6th visit to Sandals Montego Bay. There’s MANY reasons why we continue to come back to our “home away from home.” It’s the warm Jamaican people who work here that strive so hard to make sure you enjoy the hospitality and experience. Even the Sandals employees at the airport work hard to make sure you start your vacation happily. We look forward to getting welcomed in with the fresh, amazing chilled towel and yummy punch when you finally get to the reception area after the 10 minute ride from the airport. A quick change into your bathing suit and you’re ready for the pool and beach in record time. No traffic or delays and you are already for full throttle vacation mode. Ceressa definitely goes above and beyond customer care and service. She actually remembers you and makes amazing drinks and we are hoping to request her as a butler once she gets properly trained. Note to Sandals Management: PLEASE advance Ceressa because she is a BIG reason for this review. Ceressa has such positive vibes and genuine love, personality and pure Jamaican spirit she should be cloned!
Wonderful Honeymoon

We spent our honeymoon in a butler suite and cant recommend enough. This was our first time at a Sandals Resort. Staff and service was top notch. Our two butlers, Kasey and Kaii, were phenomenal. We dont need much, but when we would ask for something they were on it. And if we were radio silent, they would reach out to us to make sure everything was fine. We were so happy that we rebooked for next year in Curacao.
