Sandals is a great place to go to for couples that like an all inclusive resort! We love Montego Bay Sandals because it’s so convenient, it’s 5 minutes from the airport! They have a wonderful staff that is accommodating and always friendly! Dinesha and Asha were our Butlers during our stay and they were terrific! They went above and beyond to make our trip magical! This place is one of our favorites and we will always rebook our stay at this Sandals!!!

Stayed at the Almond Section. Lovely room. Cleaning ladies were magnificent. However the star is Gamalia, always smiling and a Great Chef, cooking the food to order, she made us feel very special. ( 2 SISTERS) . A TRUE ASSET TO sandals MONTEGO BAY!!

Sandals Montego Bay was an experience we will never forget. We went with another couple for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The accommodations were great. We had a second floor ocean view honeymoon suite with a tranquility tub on the balcony. The food was all really good from the buffets for breakfast to the pizza and jerk chicken for lunch and restaurants at night. Drinks were delicious: special thanks to Lamar for making the best “Lovers Leaps”. Most importantly, we had the most amazing time with the entertainment crew: “Tangerine”, Kevaun, Kamar (we miss you!), Andre, Davia, DJ Geo and many more. So much fun was had playing beach and pool volleyball, enjoying the nightly shows, and dancing our hearts out.

Booked a room with pictures of overwater, so beautiful, came here they gave me a little tiny room with water from the air conditioner unit drop right on my head front of the butler. They said the picture was just for the online representation for the place. Such a wrong and cheating advertisement. They said that what I got and paid for, nothing they can do. Please don’t let they fool you like me. room service came while I napped, knocked the door very loud after every hour even I said no need at this moment. Great, left the room all morning and came back at 3:00 pm, no room service came , then came again while I napped. The ceiling fan was so annoying with loud sound on and off. Foods was ok, not feel like to repeat. They had a truck with other construction machines back and forwards dump hundreds of huge rock to the water, no way for the guess relaxed. They worked all day long, none stop. Never come back here and never recommended to anyone. Definitely NOT worth it.

We have enjoyed our time at Sandals Montego Bay. The staff has been excellent. Rodrick the concierge has provided the best hospitality we have ever had. Gerine in entertainment always provided a great show every evening. The food is great. If you hit the beach make sure you wear sunscreen.
