Fantastic stay

Had a wonderful stay here. Great staff, excellent breakfast, amazing cocktails, clean and warm pool. Gym was nice and big, had a sauna and steam room in the locker room. Couldn’t ask for a better location downtown. The Santa parade was right in front of our room.

I’m trying to sleep at 10:30pm and music is pounding. I called multiple times to the front desk and they said that there is a big party until midnight. I said that this was unacceptable for someone who is trying to sleep at a high end hotel. They said would you like to speak to my manager?! I said yes. No connection to the manager was ever made. Hanging on hold…. Anyways, don’t stay here. They don’t value the main reason you stay at a hotel, which is sleeping.
