Great Location

Jo Anne T on Jul 04, 2024

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont…perfect location connected to the train station. Our Grandchildren enjoyed the pool. We didn’t wait any length of time for an elevator. Our only disappointment was that there wasn’t a fridge in the room.

Good hotel that nickle and dimes you

Daniela U on Jul 04, 2024

Good hotel for the status with good service. However, unless you are an Accor member you will have to pay for wifi, which is about $14 per day and then if your flight is after check out they will charge you $2 per bad even if it is just a shoulder bag that goes on the suitcase. For a 4+ star hotel, this is the first one in over 10 years that makes you pay for bags and wifi, which is very disappointing and feels like a cheap hotel.
