Wonderful experience

We were here for the IMF gala and made it a staycation. Everything and everyone at this hotel is amazing. Jared was extremely helpful with checkout. I am proud to be a Nashvillian and see how guest are treated!

Me and my friend was having a hard time finding how to leave the Analog BMI event but Sharece was very helpful and kind when she noticed we were confused and showed us how to exit. This is a beautiful hotel, I haven't been to an Analog event in a while but I love the Hospitality the staff always bring.
Let's cut some of those fees 2Help those who need to stay somewhere

I understand the pricing and everything. But as far as a resort fee, I am not a fan of that because I don't see this as a resort. I see this as a 4 star hotel otherwise than that I would definitely stay.

The front desk person who helped me, Jeida, was amazing. There was a mix up with my corporate reservation and she took care of me to make sure I was able to still get a room. She was a true representative of awesome customer service.
