The staff was top notch!! Tayia made our trip memorable, she was so pleasant to “come home to” Evelyn’s restaurant was the best food we had all weekend. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nashville!! The rooms were clean and comfy.

Great stay away from the craziness of broadway. Close enough to walk to music row. Friendly staff and engaging staff. Chandler provided quick service bringing up our bags. Even made a trip to our car and brought us our umbrellas while it was raining!!

We were there for a show at Analog, the hotels music venue. Chandler, our valet was very curtious and helpful. There was construction at the hotel and he made sure we knew how to get where we needed to be. Upon leaving they were quick to retrieve our car, despite there being many customers leaving at once.

Kristen Nguyen helped us plan for every detail of our fitness business networking event over three days. We had many compliments of lovely rooms, very attentive service and great food! They especially liked our having a reception, dinner and drinks and a 360 video platform in the Analog Room on stage. They just loved that, according to our returned surveys for the event. Jayda at the front desk was great! Amazing customer service. Staff was exceptional. There was a fire alarm during breakfast, and they comp’d my breakfast due to the inconvenience. I had a great stay, and would certainly come again when visiting Nashville! :)
