One of the best hotels I've stayed in

The Hutton Hotel was very impressive my almost any standard. Staff were attentive, polite and outgoing. The rooms are well finished with bathrooms equaling the quality of Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons resorts. Patty the on site restaurant, Evelyn's, is one of the best I ever experienced - great food and exceptional service. If visiting Nashville, I would put the Hutton at the top of your list.

I've stayed here more than 5 times in a year. This experience fell way too short. We checked in 10:30 pm. The lobby was the most crowded I've seen it. the front desk staff was friendly.However, I had to insert my credit card 4 times(We will see how that pans out). So, we get our room, go upstairs: the bathroom has not been cleaned, pillows on the floor, no bedding. Of course I do to the front desk, the women are shocked, they go to Travis- I said we would happily wait, he told me he had no one to take care of it. We switched rooms from a king to 2 full/ queen beds. You are charging for less quality than inherent hotels that are all within walking distance. You made our decision for future travel.

Recently stayed for three nights. Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at Evelyn’s restaurant and it was delicious. Hotel is conveniently located with a short walk to many different restaurants and 1 mile from the Honky Tonks on Broadway!

Everything was fine and friendly while I stayed at the Hutton hotel. Something was going on every day at the Hutton people enjoying each other and exchange love and peace for each other this place is located on a popular place
Disappointed after reading reviews prior to booking

While the hotel is in a good location, if you arrive by car parking even as a guest of the hotel is expensive. The lobby is a little bit hard to find coming from the garage. The receptionist that checked us in was quite rude. No welcome or anything. When we told her we had a reservation her exact words were “ID card and credit card”. Please would have been nice. The room, while smaller was clean as well as the bathroom which was greatly appreciated. The mattress however had definitely seen better days. So again overall pretty disappointing!
