From the moment we walked into the Hutton Hotel, we knew we were in for something special—but Edward truly set the tone for our entire stay. Edward checked us in, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. He didn’t just go through the motions—he took the time to walk us through everything in a way that felt personal, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately made us feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, and it absolutely shows. And then there’s Mary—she was just as incredible. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about guests having an exceptional experience. What stood out most was how both Edward and Mary made us feel—not like just another reservation, but like honored guests. That level of service is hard to come by these days. If you’re staying at the Hutton Hotel, you are in excellent hands. Because of Edward and Mary, this wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an experience we’ll remember. We will absolutely be back!

This hotel is well located in Nashville and checks all the boxes but what makes it 5-stars is the staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Jnae at the front desk. Multiple times throughout the stay, not just at check-in but throughout my 5-night stay.
