Overall great experience. The libary bar was very nice with great food. Would like to have bottle domestics beers instead of aluminum cans. Room was clean with great room service Javon was excellent. Helpful and took very good care of us with our luggage
Tough start but finished strong

Had a few issues. No hot water and lights that didn’t work. Bryce was honestly the only person who kept going out of his way to get our room changed and helped with everything! Even when they tried to put us in a small room. Bryce got that fixed!! You have an exceptional employee in Bryce and then he told us it was only his forth day! Maybe he should be promoted!
