Miguel at guest services at SLS Bahamar helped my friends and I make a reservation last minute at Carna and was unbelievably kind and accommodating. My friends and I were very grateful for the reservation and cannot recommend the hotel enough!

Miguel at the front desk was SO accommodating and got us a last minute dinner reservations at Carna when the hotel booked us dinner on the wrong day. He pulled serious strings to make it happen and escorted us to our reservation. We can’t recommend him enough!
Ask for Miguel he’s the best. Gorgeous hotel.

Miguel at the Front Desk/Concierge was amazing. Helped us with everything we needed and got us an upgrade right away to a gorgeous 1 bedroom residence suite on a high floor. Hotel is beautiful. Wonderful for girls trip with 3 friends. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing service at the front desk from Miguel and team! Hotel is very clean and safe with amazing amenities. Beautiful property overall. And the help at the front desk made it 10x better as soon as we walked in. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to visit the Bahamas!
