Bedbugs and zero compensation

Bedbugs! The management was terrible to us. I woke up to find I was bitten and actually found a bedbug crawling in my pillowcase, and took a picture of it! They had a “third party” investigation and found the room negative for bedbugs. I am bitten all over! They refuse to compensate us for anything. The only thing they did was change us to another room. I will never stay there again. This used to be my go-to place in Orlando. Do yourselves a favor and stay somewhere else!!!
The floors in the Villa were disgusting

Rented a 2-bedroom villa at Christmas. Nice layout and convenient. The kitchen was a big draw BUT was woefully short of cooking supplies. 2 pots and 1 pan. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the oven as there was no pan or baking sheet to put into the over. Repeated calls to Guest Services finally, after the 4th call, result in a Manager who basically said it is what it is. Then strangely, 30 minutes later, hotel staff delivered a ladle to the room. Really? We also found the floors to be filthy. Disgustingly filthy. See the pictures of what our feet looked like and just how dirty a rag could become after wiping on the floor. My 3 star review is generous....would be really easy to give a 2-star review.
