I guess you don’t know whatever you wanna say. I had a great experience coming to the hard rock Hotel for an event and was greeted by DK. He gave excellent service and helped me with my vehicle at Valet and it was a great experience. Looking forward to returning.

Great stay overall and I would definitely stay here again. The valet team was the highlight of my experience—professional, fast, and extremely friendly from arrival to departure. They made everything easy and stress-free. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, and the restaurant delivered great food with attentive service. Every team I interacted with did a great job, but valet truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
