Without question the best experience I had with a front desk worker as I had with Tator. I travel a lot and she was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Upgraded me and my wife for my 66 th birthday . Explained everything I needed to know about the hotel . Room a plus 10 ocean view . Great happy hour at sessions every single hotel worker a plus 10 .TY again Tator you the best.

DK is a wonderful part of the Hard Rock experience! We frequent the Hard Rock here in Daytona Beach, and he always greets us promptly with a big smile and positive attitude - making us feel genuinely welcome. He goes out of his way to make sure we’re having a great night, and his friendly and upbeat personality really stands out. Even my Maltipoo, Chanel, loves to see him and immediately starts looking for him when we pull in. Thanks so much for all you do!

I had a great experience checking in! DK was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made sure I had convenient access to accessible parking, which I truly appreciated. His customer service made the check-in process smooth and made me feel welcomed right away. Thank you, DK, for such excellent service!
