Jerry at the front desk was excellent at check in. Very kind & helpful! My room was spacious & clean with a pretty view from the balcony. Lots of cool music memorabilia is found at tgis hotel for music fans. Convenient location. Valet parking attendants are also excellent. Every staff member was great

The Hard Rock is beautiful, Sessions restaurant is fantastic, but the real Rock Stars are It's Staff. Tator at the front desk IS the life of the party. She is funny, helpful and loves to see her customers! She will make sure your stay is perfect. Also at the front desk, Ely, and Jerry are so sweet and are always ready to help. We love to see Sweet Mr. Jose who is always kind and welcoming! Orsi, and Naya are always up early making your the BEST coffee with a smile! Don't forget to find Messi, Jeff, and Milan at Sessions and the pool deck they will make sure you get your food and drinks quickly and will keep you laughing! Don't wait, The Hard rock has it all, comfy beds, large rooms, a heated pool, three hot tubs, great food, and the very best staff that keeps us coming back.

The best thing is the LOCATION. Right on the beach. We walked 1 mile to the boardwalk every morning. The restaurant always delivered fresh and tasty meals. Our waitress Caitlin offered excellent service. We did not use the cafe. The self parking is pricey at $35 per night. There is valet but it costs more. The spa is awesome as well. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. You will definitely enjoy!!

30 year anniversary! Item on bucket list! Rita and her staff made our stay perfect in every way! Always friendly calling me by my name every time I walked tru the lobby! Sent us up a surprise for our anniversary night! I loved the hotel the music all the amenities the food! Saw cleaning staff even wiping off balcony railing when cleaning the rooms! I felt like a princess all 7 days and I am 75 years old! I went to every floor and made pics of all the nostalgic items of my childhood! What an experience that Rita and her crew made happen for me and my husband will be on my mind for the rest of my days! Thank y’all so much for a dream come true!
