We had a great experience at the RockShop in Daytona Beach. Loretta was our sales lady and she was very helpful, sweet and funny. We had a wonderful time with her and the whole family of four enjoyed talking to her. She helped everybody to find what they where looking for.. Thanks a bunch. Definitely will visit again

Fabian was amazing at the HardRock Hotel, great food and ambiance, love it there! Definitely will be back, staying at another hotel but came here for dinner, y you will not regret it ?? Ps: the firecracker Mac and cheese was to die for, so freaking good!

Delin was our server at Sessions in the restaurant at the hotel, he was a wonderful server. He provided top notch advice on the menu and greeted us with a smile. He’s an asset to the company! Every business could use people like him taking care of the customers.

Wow, this resort is by far the best in Daytona! Actually, one of the best in Florida. The property is far enough down the street from the hustle and Bussle of the amusement area of Daytona yet very accessible to the convention center. When you arrive, the scent in the lobby is intoxicating, the valet was chipper and super friendly. The front desk staff was so informative and sincerely wanted me to have fun. Not the typical business travel experience. The room was gorgeous, super clean and right on the beach, I think I could have jumped directly into the ocean. The food and atmosphere were perfect. Very approachable but classy service in all areas. I very much enjoyed the live music at the Bar on Wednesday night, he was amazing. Drinks and food were high quality and the prices quite affordable. I brought my wife along for the trip, she enjoyed the pool and Spa very much while I was in my meetings. My only complaint is that I don't know how to play the guitar, I would have loved to utilize the complimentary in room guitar delivery. I did enjoy listening to some classic rock on my personalized play list and the record player in the room. Well done Hardrock! I'm a huge new fan.

I was so excited about staying in this place.That's why I was willing to paint exorbitant prices.And I was never so disappointed with something in my whole life. This place. Is so overrated It's ridiculous. The room was tiny.It had nasty dirty carpet.It had a nasty dirty It just was really bad. The people couldn't have been less accommodating.It was just in all around Good luck to you if you stay there and pay their prices.You're pretty easy to please.
