Bait and switch $25 daily parking per vehicle fee now

Jackman1 (Estero, Florida) on Jun 10, 2025

We’ve been here many times , facility is well maintained no complaints there. When I booked my stay you get an e mail confirmation stating ‘total cost for your stay’. When I checked in yesterday I was informed of $25 daily parking per vehicle which if you’re here for a week adds $175 per vehicle. After I checked in I went back to the original e mail and scrolled all the way to the bottom where they stuck the new fee in very bottom. This is a new money grab . Only if you’re an owner everyone else pays.

Brilliant Resort

Roy R on Jun 07, 2025

Here at the moment on 2 weeks holiday from the UK. Absolutely brilliant resort apartments are large and spacious with towels ect renewed regularly. The Bella pool is great a must try ?????????????????? The Breeze Restaurant has nice food and reasonable prices not only for meals but also drinks happy hour from 3pm until 5pm????????. The family and grandchildren are loving it?? Central to both Disney and Universal. Would fully recommend ????????

Excellent Resort and Customer Service!

Elizabeth B on Jun 03, 2025

My husband and I have stayed here twice, October 2022 and May 2025. Both times have been so nice. I particularly recommend October time frame because the weather is perfect and the resort is not too crowded. The resort has condos for varying party sizes. We have stayed in the Key West building both times and really like it for a few reasons: there is a gym, ping pong table, pool table, hammocks, outdoor grills, and large pool all within a few steps. This pool is usually least crowded and has several cabanas and umbrellas. The condo has one bed, one bath, living area and kitchen (this is for a party of 2). Includes towels, linens, toiletry items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash large containers in the shower), all kitchen items you could need, tv in living and bedroom. The resort as a whole is beautiful and well kept. Lots of pools, hammocks, grills (very very nice ones), on site cafe and market, and daily activities. Location is great to lots of restaurants, stores, the parks, and outlet shopping. They have transportation to the parks at the concierge. To finish, I want to say I thoroughly enjoyed working with Anibal at check in. He is so kind, patient, informative, and truly helpful. Marriott Bonvoy is very fortunate to have him in their company and especially in the role he is in. Many customer facing agents could learn from him how to offer a GREAT experience! Thank you Anibal. Want to also compliment Jason at the front desk for his help as well. Very nice and through. Thank you Jason.

Great Resort

105Pinehurst (Williamsburg, Virginia) on Jun 01, 2025

Great resort! I was impressed with the many villages and how each one was different. So many pools but we tended to stay at the Quiet Pool. It shows that it is a Marriott resort now with more of the Marriott attention to detail. Why a 4 and not a 5 rating..... the carpet in our two bedroom was old and fraying. I would like more dining experiences at the resort.
