On the first night of our stay here me and my two children were awoken at 5am by several security team and first responders standing outside our door talking loudly using their radios while dealing with an unknown incident in the room that was adjoining ours. They were walking in and out of the room and slamming the door constantly. This lasted until about 7:30am. There was no explanation as to what happened and we were unable to go back to sleep due to anxiety and fear. We left the property and did not stay the second night. When I went to the front desk to check out and inquire about compensation for our inconvenience, the Assistant Director Emma Christie advised me the incident was a medical emergency and out of her control therefore she was unable to offer any compensation. I understand that the situation was out of her control however what is in her control is the ability to offer some sort of remedy for the chaos it caused me. That is customer service 101. The unprofessional way this situation was handled left me speechless and completely disappointed with Sheraton
Worst stay Experience
(St. Petersburg, Florida)

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were here on a promotional package. The room we were placed in was below the LOUDEST people we’ve ever experienced at a resort or hotel stay. They were up late into the night and then at 4:00 am slamming stomping and non stop dragging the furniture around their balcony and living room literally shaking the room. Non stop, we were not able to have any sleep. Instead of working with us to move rooms, or reach any sort of solution, the sales consultant and the hotel supervisor were RUDE, condescending and basically black mailed us into having to stay 2 extra days and endure sleepless nights. If we didn't stay for their sales presentation they threatened to charge my card thousands more dollars. Can you imagine being interested so much so in joining the Marriott vacation club that this was your second time and you planned to join after a great first experience, only to be treated so poorly. I would absolutely never recommend staying at this property or joining the vacation club if this is the level of customer service they give to people they are trying to convince to join. Carl Brown, front desk supervisor and Veron Luxin were who we dealt with. There are no words for just how badly we were treated, as a loyal bonvoy member I am appalled.
worst experiance and horrible tratment

I have gone to Sheraton Vistana more that 6 times in the las 10 years and never had such a horrible and traumatic experience. We originally booked for 10 nights in two differentes reservation when we went to check we asked stay the whole 10 nights in the same room so we don’t had to switch rooms in the middle of the trip. They told us that there was no problem and that we could spend the whole 10 nights in the same room. On night 8th we arrived from the parks at 11:30 in the night and found the room key locked and when we went to the lobby to ask for a new key, they told us we have to change rooms, we try to resolve this issue even up to pay that night and try to resolve this a the next morning but the Night manager treated us like liars and thieves. Long story short we were escorted around 2 am by two bodyguards and 2 other people inside our room, yelling at us and threatening to call the police, even though we offered to change rooms at 9 am or even pay for an extra night to even be able to try and resort thing at 9 am. The two security guards didn't leave the room even though I have 4 underage boys and 1 eighteen-year-old daughter who personally asked if they could wait outside her room because it was making her uncomfortable. Sheraton and the whole staff instead of making us have a memorable hard-earned vacation treated us like criminals and put my daughter and wife in sexually uncomfortable situations. In the end, we had 1 hour to leave the room or we would have been escorted to a police station for a mistake a Sheraton employee made. I was extremely disappointed and extremely mistreated! Would not recommend spending your money at that place.

Spent one night here over this past weekend. The resort is very big and offers a lot of amenities. Its conveniently located on the same road as many stores. Check in was quick and easy. I was offered a $100 gift card to attend a timeshare meeting but I declined and the gentleman was not pushy or forceful. My villa was located not far from the main pool. The room had a weird musty smell to it and the decor could use some upgrading but it was still spacious, clean, and the bed was comfy. I would book here again.

This was my tenth visit to Orlando.
And this time I stayed at Vistana I-Drive with my family (wife and 2 sons) for holidays.
We booked a two-bedroom unit with full kitchen, and they placed us on fifth floor with a balcony facing the internal pond. Nice view, very quiet.
The property is huge and very well maintained!
Very well located on I-Drive, with easy access to most of Orlando attractions.
Amenities include swimming pools, gyms, restaurant and a convenience store (market place) that will solve most of your last-minute needs.
Nice staff. For people coming from Brazil struggling with English language, there are a couple of Brazilian Portuguese speakers in the front desk.
Room was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Service is performed every other day, including new towels.
Tickets for attractions, trips, local transportation, can be easily managed in the Hotel.
No resort fee is charged.
Free parking lot.
I would have granted a solid 5 star evaluation. The reason for 4 stars is based on something not related to the Hotel itself. Upon check-in and check-out, a team of salespeople will push you (hard) to accept either a “vacation club” package or a pre-paid discount for future visits.
As a salesman myself, I understand the strategy. But…. Seriously? During my holidays?
I had to firmly decline both offers.
Other than that, the place surely worth a second visit.
