Everything about the resort os GREAT. I recommend it for all. Check-in was smooth and the room AWESOME!! I only have two minor issue for the management team. Elevator not working in building #23 St. Augustin. These things happen but at least put up a sign. And my biggest pet peeve... The walls are somewhat thin, understandable.. please PLEASE PLEASE but chair pads on the bottoms of the chairs. With kids in the units all day long I've listened to the chairs being pulled in and out. Im hearing it from the neighbor above me and on both sides. It absolutely annoying. Other than that. All things are good.

I received a direct mail marketing offer from Bonvoy Marriott to stay at this resort. I was leery of how great the price was and if i was going to have to pay for parking and or sit in a time share presentation. I did not have to do either. I would have received additional Marriott points or a gift card if I chose to sit in the :90 minute time share presentation, but I chose not to. Ok so it was a deal. Room was excellent: 2 BR Villa slept 2 adults and 5 kids. My only tip would be to ask for a building you want. This avoided any construction going on. We had a screened in porch, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The Jacuzzi tub was nice too. The pools are fantastic and the overall location to Disney, Universal and I-Drive Restaurants made for an easy vacation for 7 people. There is an ALDI and Publix around the corner for groceries.

The room was lovely and clean. However, the staff was very difficult. There was construction on our building (on the roof right above us) and it took an entire day of being sent from one department to another to get any one to help us with the constant noise. When we finally got to speak to a manager, he was rude, dishonest about trying to contact us, and ultimately hung up on us. We had to get Expedia involved to get the situation handled. They also called our room, which woke our children up, multiple times (despite asking not to be called anymore) to come to a presentation the staff was pushing, and then when we tried to attend it, we were told completely different information and weren’t allowed to attend because it had to be 7 hours before our flight? We also had multiple charges totaling over 200$ that no one at the front desk could explain, even though we didn’t park a car, order any room service or food, or spend any extra money at the resort at any time. Their solution was to call our bank. Finally, after 5 of our 6 day stay, we asked for new sheets and were told we would be charged 130$ to change the sheets. A really nice resort that needs better management or training for handling guest issues

Arrived to be charged $31.99 a day to park the car - absolutely disgusting behaviour and a total ripoff. It would be cheaper using Uber.

I absolutely love this resort! It truly is our home away from home and especially when the people who work at resort make it even better. Armando, the waiter at the resort restaurant is one of the reasons we will continue to visit this resort. He is super friendly and connects with people at a different level. Hope Armando continues to work there for many, many years! The resort is beyond clean, has so much to offer, in a great location and has the perfect vacation vibe!
