Extremely disappointed

Coastal C on Feb 12, 2026

DO NOT BUY INTO A VACATION CLUB/TIMESHARE EVER. It's just not worth all the money and disappointment. They don't explain things to you so I lost 27,000 points, she then gave me 500 club points with only a 60 day window to use them, I was not told that either. We have only used this timeshare once for 3 days. Over $6000 for nothing!!! They also don't tell you it's a mortgage. It's a scam

Great staff but just an average vacation club resort!

GermanyTwinsFan (Platte City, Missouri) on Feb 06, 2026

This is a mixed review. The good: the staff at the resort were great! Check-in was quick and easy, the staff at the restaurant and bar were very attentive, and we were always informed of what was happening at the resort during our stay. We participated in several activities at the resort such as the wine & chocolate tasting, trivia nights, and live music. Every event we attended was very enjoyable! The average: our one-bedroom unit was dated and needed repairs. The carpet was torn, the furniture was dated, and there were marks and scratches all over the walls, but overall the room meet or needs for the weekend. The food quality at the restaurant reminded me of a standard chain restaurant...not great, but edible. The bad: the sales presentation...which was OPTIONAL! Yep, I booked the 90-minute Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation to learn more about the program, and after 2.5 hours I finally got out of there. Never doing that again!

The good, the bad, the ugly!

Pshelita (Richmond, Virginia) on Jan 30, 2026

It’s a beautiful property, but: Do NOT go to building 9 in the Bella area. Some of the villas have not been renovated. Not a problem if it is kept up properly. First, the dishwasher smelled badly and wouldn’t close properly. Called guess services and they said they would send an engineer over, had to decline because people were sleeping, said that we didn’t have to be there when they came over, declined that also, we had all of our belongings spread out, so we didn’t trust that. Asked if we could get another villa, that was not an option. Didn’t have all of the cooking utensils such as bakeware. The master bathroom is very awkward getting in and out of. Very small area, the door is too big for the space, you actually have to get all of the way in before you can shut the door. The heating and air would not stay on the setting for the temperature. Tried adjusting it and it was either too hot or too cold, no middle. No hot water, one night. Always ask for a renovated unit when checking in, it’s worth the wait.

Good getaway for the holiday week

Richard L (Waldorf, Maryland) on Dec 23, 2025

I rated this resort a 5 because after coming to this place for years; they finally refurbished the rooms with updated furniture and fixtures. I was here last year and things were a bit out dated but this time the room was clean and brand new!!!!

Yes, I would come again, this is a beautiful resort.

Peaceful quiet atmosphere, large spacious remodeled room. The bathroom in the master bedroom was large and bright with a deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. There were also 2 vanities which allowed for both of us to get ready at one time making getting ready for dinner more relaxing. The spacious living room that had doors to the balcony brought the outside in, great for entertaining. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony watching the ducks on the pond and coffee in the morning watching the turtle's swim. We found the room cleaned and stocked with the necessary cooking items. We ate breakfast in our room and enjoyed dinner at Zimmy's, although it was standard restaurant food it was delicious. The marketplace had a Starbuck's to get coffee. As well as milk, bread and cereal, some of the prices were reasonable, others were overpriced, just what you would expect since you are in a resort a short ride from Disney. The people were amazing especially Skylar who taught the water aerobics class! The only downside would have been the amount of walking, if you have a mobility problem everything was a distance away. The lovely ponds and landscaping made the walking enjoyable.
