An amazing desert respite that did not disappoint. From our late arrival that needed to be revised ( last minute ), to accommodating a canine whose flight was cancelled to Australia ( unexpected ). The staff was gracious, kind and treated our furry friend with love. They all made Bleu feel like a RockStar from the moment they opened his door... ( lol )... as well as providing a stylish dog bowl. The magestic view made Bleu wonder if he wanted to depart to the ' land down under '.....Cannot say enough and shall return ( sans the canine ).... Thank you all for exceptional service, hospitatlity that was endless, and a much needed ride to the spa the next day .... We look forward to our return....

The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells is a beautiful hotel. Our vacation was great and the new renovations are wonderful. The staff greet you with a smile each day. A restful and enjoyable break. The pools and lazy river offer heavenly relaxation. We will return.

From arrival to departure our 3 night stay was wonderful, The staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are getting what they want. The room was quiet & very clean. The gourmet restaurant was so visually attractive & the food beautiful & delicious. The service was truly 5 star. The valet parking worked very well. No wait. The only complaint I have is the music on the pool side starts too early (7 am). All the pools were very clean & getting chairs was never a problem. Looking forward to going back.

The staff were very attentive. The rooms are clean and nice. We played in the Lazy River and had a great time. The convention we were at was very well attended to by the hotel staff.

We only stay here for the waterpark. Love the lazy river and huge water slides. There is adults only side too. Very attentive staff and hotel has been renovated! Food is not good here inside and poolside. Better off just ubering eats or something.
