You just can't do any better than the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells

Everyone was amazing from start to finish. If you've got Hyatt Globalist status, you will definitely feel like you're the best of the best VIP. Our family had a blast as always and we can't wait to go back for the lazy river, pool, water slides, and amazing room!!! Thank you again for such an awesome experience.

Indian Wells in Sunny Palm Springs

Stayed for six days at Indian Wells Hyatt and had a great time. The grounds were clean and amazing. The staff was friendly and always available for questions or help. Food was great and reasonable. Check in and check out was easy. Weather was perfect for November. Highly recommend visiting the Living Desert Zoo while there if you like animals.

Great Place for Work or Vacation!

673sortiz on Nov 25, 2022

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a work conference but the surroundings at the hotel and the great customer service made it feel like a vacation also. I didn't get to take advantage of the pool, which looks very inviting, but the pool and the golf course is a must do!

A great resort for a winter vacation

waynekP4346BJ (San Diego, California) on Nov 22, 2022

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Indian Wells. The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated and tastefully updated. As Globalist members we were upgraded to a penthouse suite from a basic room even on a busy holiday weekend and enjoyed a full breakfast at their restaurant Lantana for 2 adults and 2 children. We loved the food at the resort which was very reasonably priced. We were sad that their three story water slides were closed for renovation but were happy their many pools were open and the lazy river was operational. The pools were heated to 85 degrees and seemed quite warm with outside highs during the days in the 70’s in Indian Wells. The staff was excellent and housekeeping came the same time every day when we were at breakfast without even having to ask. We really enjoyed our stay and do plan on coming back again soon.

Stayed at hotel at least a half a dozen times before and always had great experience. Other than some of the valets and reservationist everyone else appeared new. Paid more than twice as much plus crazy resort fee for nothing. $40 valet overnight parking ( no electric charging). AND NO ROOM CLEANUP SERVICE. Never going back!
