Excellent stay and location!

We came for a family wedding and had a wonderful time. The accommodations are very comfortable in the rooms were clean and nice. The room comes with all the amenities needed as well as comfortable beds. The room also has a lovely lanai to sit and drink your coffee on or a cocktail in the evening. The staff was the best we’ve experienced in many , many years. Each time you leave the building, they open the doors for you coming and going. That may be a small touch, but it is very nice. It makes you feel that you are being treated special. The food was incredible and again the staff was very friendly and accommodating . The crowns were beautiful and immaculate. I would absolutely return to this location again.
I’ll be back.

My favorite place. Love it. Stayed over 3 weeks. Would have stayed more. Annoying a $25.00 for self park. Not appreciating the corporate decision.
Not worth the costs

This resort is old, and ways over priced, with no activities besides the pool and lazy river which closed at 5pm even though it was sunny with 90 temperature. They charge extra for tennis or golf. They charge state taxes and city taxes on top of the taxes. Food was also very much over priced: fries $18, club sandwiches $22, room service adds taxes and delivery fee and 22% gratuity. A $98 room service order ended up over $148. All in all you can spend half your money for a more up to date resort, more activities, better food, better pools and better lazy river.
This hotel is overrated

It takes a lot for me to post a comment like this. We just left this hotel a day early because we were grossed out. The maintenance on this hotel is clearly lacking. The shower valve was not sealed to the shower wall and extremely loose. There were broken tiles on the floor inside the room and on the upstairs walkway, which could cut someone’s foot. There were holes drilled in the shower wall that weren’t covered or sealed. We found a couple termites in our room. The beams under the balconies are degrading. The waterproofing on the stairs up to the water slides is peeling and could cut someone foot. The carpet is probably from the 90s, and is gross. The sheets weren’t fully placed on the bed. The price for what you get at this hotel does not compute, I don’t know how this hotel has 4 stars.
Shockingly dirty rooms

Stayed for 1 night with my partner and crawling infant. While waiting for a crib we let baby crawl around on the floor of our new, supposedly clean hotel room. I'm not a stickler for spotlessness but in minutes my child's hands and knees were black from dirt and grime in the carpet. I took photographs that I'm shocked at, even looking at them now. (Not posting here for family privacy) We called and requested help from the front desk who sent cleaning staff to vaccuum, which was promptly done but of course couldn't really resolve the issue. Again, my expectations for cleanliness in a hotel are not very strict but the level of filth was really beyond "it's the ground" and shocking for a supposedly nice/nicer property.
