I would not recommend this hotel. This hotel is not worth the $600-800 a night. The rooms are so dated and dirty. For as much as they charge, they need a facelift. My room smelled like raid when I arrived. I definitely want to feel comfortable where I sleep. Worst beds, back still hurts. Water pressure went out mid shower as we were getting ready for dinner. Just a bad experience. I will say the only plus about this hotel were the servers at the pool. They were great!
Gorgeous Resort with Perfect Amenities!

Gorgeous resort with excellent amenities for the entire family. Everything from the pool/slides, the restaurants, the grounds, customer service, pickleball courts, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and everything was impeccable.
Perfect Resort!

"The staff were incredibly kind, and the facilities were absolutely perfect. I believe this is the best hotel for families with children. I'm so sad we only stayed for one night. I look forward to spending more time here with my family next time."
Stay elsewhere.

The grounds of the resort look nice, however the rooms are very dated and the carpet looked absolutely filthy. I wouldn't walk on it in bare feet. They should really look at putting in some sort of tile for the floors. The housekeeping was inconsistent and I had to call in the late afternoon after our room was not cleaned. The waterslide and lazy river were fun for the children. The room service we ordered came in plastic containers, plastic cups and plastic cutlery, all thrown together in a big plastic bag which was not what I expect when I order room service, and really terrible for the environment. There are far nicer places to stay in the area.
Average stay for overpriced outdated room

The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom itself was very outdated and didn’t feel worth the price. For what the hotel charges, the rooms should definitely be updated. The carpet looked very ding and felt like I needed to wear sandals to walk on it. The pool area was fun for kids, but the slide closed at 5 PM on the weekend, which felt way too early for Southern California where it stays light later. It would make more sense for it to stay open until sunset. Also, on Sunday the pool bar opened an hour late, so we had to pull the kids out of the pool just to go inside and get food. Tips: Plan food ahead if you’re spending time at the pool, and be aware the slide may close earlier than expected. The staff are great, but the rooms may not match the price.
