Beautiful Resort, WONDERFUL Service!
JKMillerInc (Napa, California) on Apr 19, 2026
It's a beautiful resort and we really enjoyed our meals and beverages, but what really stood out was the SERVICE! Every employee, from the smiling housekeepers to the dedicated groundskeepers to the FANTASTIC servers just made our stay so very special! Huge thanks go out to: Judy serving cocktails in the lobby, David and Melissa at Double Date, Jorge, Alondra and Devon at the Adult Pool, plus Ambassador Jose Yon Fong. It was our first time at an Omni and we will look to book this group of resorts in the future!
Palm Springs for Business

Stayed at Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa for a business conference and had such a great experience. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. My room was spacious, inviting, and extremely clean—everything felt comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. They’ve remodeled the restaurant and I absolutely loved the new vibe—it feels fresh and elevated. The Salmon was delicious!! A MUST TRY! The lazy river pool was so fun and a perfect way to unwind after conference days. If you’re a golfer, this is definitely a great spot—the golf course on the property is beautiful. We went in November and the resort was already decorated for Christmas, which made it feel so warm, festive, and inviting. Overall, I love this resort. If you’re staying in the Palm Springs area, this is a great option. It’s also conveniently located near restaurants and shops you can walk to, and about 30 minutes from the airport.
Simply the BEST!

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. Entire staff was friendly and made our anniversary extra special. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.
JW Marriott is way better than the Omni.

Avoid the Omni. We had so many issues and front desk and management teams had no empathy. I can get by with a broken mini fridge or an air conditioning unit that isn't cooling - things break - but the rude attitude from Susan and Art was what made me never want to return to an Omni property. These are property issues that should be resolved swiftly and respectfully, and I was yelled at by Art and demanded that engineering enter our room at 9PM, even though our kids were asleep, and we were already in bed with the lights outs. Engineering entered with a flash light to confirm, yes the A/C in fact was broken. That was all in our first day - so we spent the rest of our trip at the JW Marriott down the road. It was amazing and the service was top notch! Book there instead!
Old, worn and outdated guest rooms

This place should be ashamed to call themselves an OMNI hotel. Very rundown and outdated for a premium price ($700 - $800/night). Sad
