Once we arrived and got checked in, we settled nicely at the little pool by the arcade. It was 2pm, we went to order food a d drinks and they had already done last call and we couldn't order. So we had to pack up and go to the huge pool. Major pain in the city. Dinner wait later on was 44 min which turned into 2hrs. Beds were uncomfortable, no snack or vending machines for tbe kids and room service was an 1hr wait. With what we paid.. ill never go here again.

Very poor customer experience.. I had an early check in booked long before my stay for 2pm, it is already past the regular check in time and I still don’t have a room yet. We have a two year old and we all know how critical the afternoon nap time is. What’s worse is they haven’t even given a call to talk about this. (Text and wait for their response is crazy)

check in time was 4:00 pm, rooms were not ready so they told us to wait 20 min, then 15 min, then 30 min, so we checked in at 6:30 pm. That day we missed lazy river. Room was dirty, had a bad odor, floors were so dirty, there were bugs in the shower. Parking lot smelled like old garbage. Over all it was very stressful, because I was there with 2 kids, 18 months and 3 year old. This place is not hygienically clean for kids.

Really outdated property. The amenities sound nice, but the pool was overcrowded, smelled like urine, and the garbage bins overflowed. The restaurant lacked GF options for a celiac guest, and the menu wasn't properly indicated.

This place is okay, the water park could be cleaner. I personally paid way too much for the experience I had. I thought the poolside room would have direct access to the pool. It did not. I guess I had higher expectations. The room was older than I was expecting. Long wait for the coffee shop in the mornings. It was a fun little water park for the kids.
