The staff were amazing. They work hard and make sure you are taken care off. The pool service was great. Food was good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Maintenance arrived fast to change the light fixture. Overall good service, however the rooms need renovations. The room smelled like mold and the carpets are old. The pool could use a little updating with pool furniture as well but we had fun. Great for kids. The service was exceptional! Overall experience 4.0

Everything was wonderful. The resort, Splastopia, Palm Cafe, cabana, service., staff, mattress comfort.

My girlfriend and I, got a Moms weekend away from our husbands for Mothers day. I had never been to Palm Springs and was pleasantly surprised at the service this resort provided. The Spa, Pools, amenities, Restaurants, and Everything was so wonderful! Everyone was so accommodating. We are always working so hard to make our family happy it was great to have such great service. ONLY issue, The hotel has "paper thin" walls. We woke up to our neighbor puking his brains out on Sunday morning (not the greatest). They also parted all night. We are young and know what it is like to be on vacation and wanting to party so we just kind of ignored it... but the puking was kind of too much.. Overall great experience, except that! We will be back with our families, but may ask for a room away from others next time.

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 8th birthday. 10/10 recommend for families! The front desk was so wonderful & accommodating, free ice cream for the kids at the desk, they were able to upgrade our room to be right by the pool entry & the pool, lazy river & slides were amazing! Core memory for sure. Location of the hotel is perfection if you need to leave. Starbucks, In&Out, CVS, YardHouse, etc all 2 min away. Loved everything about our stay!! Just beware of the birds if you order food poolside. They’re sneaky! Thank you, Omni for making this a special time for us.
