I can't begin to express how concerning this resort is. This place is geared towards families yet the unhygienic and outdated environment makes it unpleasant for anyone. Starting with valet. We were offered valet because apparently the resort was so crowded that there was no parking. When the shuttle took us around the resort to our room we literally saw many parking spots open right in front of our room. It would have been easier to drive ourselves rather than load a shuttle with kids. That was a 30+ tip a day fee for no necessary reason. The room was basic and felt unclean. I had to lay a sheet on the floor to keep my kids from touching the nasty rough dirty carpet. The room was stuffy the first night we slept there and we started sneezing. The ac filter had not been changed in probably 6 months or more. The layers of dust, hair and whatever else gets stuck in the filter was thick, and the filter was incorrectly placed. The shower pressure is awful. There was white calcium residue that clogged the pores of the shower system and it’s just simply time to update it. Make sure not to look up while showering because the air ventilator above your shower is scary dirty. The pools were foggy and for the many kids and adults using those pools I’d like to have seen someone cleaning out the pools with a net to catch the bugs and hair floating. But I didn’t. One of the swims I took I got long hair stuck on me 3 different times, I have short hair. Thats when I got out. My husband is an HVAC tech and had them change the filter. He explained to them that it was unacceptable; they changed it but the shower stayed the same they claimed they didn’t have the parts. Housekeeping service I guess doesn’t show up unless you call, we never clarified that they just never showed until we called. When we asked for an adjustment they refunded back the valet that we never needed to begin with. They claimed we got the room at a special rate, mind you it was close to $900. If it was discounted I do not want to know the regular price nor is it worth anything close to what we paid for what it looks and feels like. We were offered to move rooms but couldn’t assure us of the conditions and by then we were leaving the next morning. While there I was wishing I was at home in my clean environment. A vacation shouldn’t feel like that. They need to match their rooms to their lobby or prices for their room. Just go elsewhere. You deserve better.

We had the most amazing time at Omni Las Palmas Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the pools were absolutely incredible. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a fun day at the resort. And the lazy river was AMAZING! We could have spent all day floating around and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It was truly such a memorable stay, and we loved every minute of it. We can’t wait to return to Omni Las Palmas Resort and make more amazing memories! Highly recommend!

This was by far the worst travel and hotel experience I have ever had. The level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property was completely unacceptable. Our room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom was so filthy that I had to clean it myself before I could even use it. The room had a terrible smell, and there were several cockroaches and spiders inside. The refrigerator was dirty, and the bed sheets did not appear to be clean either. In the morning, before leaving the hotel, I called and specifically asked for our room to be cleaned and for fresh towels to be provided. When we returned around 4:00 p.m., the room was still dirty and had not been cleaned at all. We did not even have clean towels to take a shower. I called again, and after waiting for a long time, someone finally came to the room. However, they simply left one towel and walked away without cleaning anything. Unfortunately, the poor conditions were not limited to the room. The quality of the food and drinks at the restaurants was extremely disappointing. Even something as simple as the coffee was very poor quality. The pool areas, children’s play area, and water park were also extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Considering that these are areas used by families and children, I found the lack of cleanliness especially concerning. Since returning from this trip, I have been experiencing skin and eye irritation, which I believe may be related to the poor hygiene and cleanliness conditions I encountered during my stay. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. The poor cleanliness, insects in the room, lack of housekeeping service, low-quality food and drinks, and dirty recreational areas made this one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. I will absolutely not stay at this hotel again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to other travelers, especially families with children.

The hotel was not what I expect when paying upwards of $368 per night. The adults only pool got invaded with kids over the long weekend, while no drinks were being served to the adults only pool until kids came to area. The rooms were very outdated like it has never been renovated for 25+ years. The bathrooms had older showers with leaky faucets and the toilets were tiny. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on the floor while my neck is still stiff from it that I barely slept. Overall the outside theatrics of the hotel provided a great view but the service, amenities, and lack of room renovations made this experience sub par. If I am to be paying modern day pricing, I expect a modern day experience instead of outdated rooms. Talking with additional guests they also shared the second class feeling of booking through a 3rd party website. It is almost as if my experience was changed booking through a website rather than just the direct website when the front office made a comment about booking third party. Through the survey I also found it disheartening that they were asking income range making it seem as if lower class reviews are held at a lower satisfaction rating. I myself have built a top end income from a lower class family but would never classify my review as more based off income. Please take this review as a chance to do better like your other location in Scottsdale Arizona.

Wonderful family, vacation, everything accessible, great pools, activities fun customer service the best so enjoyable highly recommend this place
