My fiancé and I booked one night at this location for a celebration of my birthday. While the outside of this property is beautiful we were initially greeted with both a bug and questionable yellow stain on our bedsheets. We called to have the bedding changed which was done promptly, but were quickly disappointed with this having to be done in the first place. The rest of the night was ok, but the next morning was when the opinion of a negative stay was set in place. We woke up to bugs swarming our bathroom from the sink, counter, walls, bathroom floor to the hallway. There were ants on my toothbrush leaving me unable to brush my teeth and throwing my toothbrush away. We looked over all of our belongings and got ready to leave as soon as possible with a great sense of disappointment and uncomfortability. While management did hear us out, we felt that the response was underwhelming with such a blatant disregard for property and stay upkeep. We recommend choosing another resort unless you want your stay to have the surprise of many small uninvited guests crash it. For the price of the stay, these occurrences should not occur and definitely let us down with us not wanting to stay at any Omni again.

Accommodations: Bldg. 6, Rm # 0616, 1st floor, 450 Sq.Ft. Non-ADA, 2 queen average height beds. Shower/tub, sink, powder desk. Golf course view with private grass patio with 2 garden chairs and garden table. A walk plus an incline to courtyard plaza. Amenities: Coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave. Pets allowed. Offers a gym, tennis, golf, spa. Offers mulitple exterior pool and jacuzzi, gym, golf, tennis, arcade (way over priced) and a small lazy river (must utilize water tube. Not ideal for overweight), 2 small water slides. Accessibility & Logistics: For travelers navigating with mobility aids ( manual or motorized wheelchairs), this property ensures accessibility on lower levels. ADA rooms are convenient. Parking: The property offers nightly self parking for $30. Parking Tax $3. Total $33. Dining & Service: No complimentary hot breakfast. The onsite plaza restaurant is Palms Cafe, Splash Grill, Conchilla Valley Pool Bar & Grill, Between the 9s at the Club, Double Date, Desert Pearl. Only experienced the Palms Cafe for morning cup of Joe. Taxes: Charged double different amounts: 10% City Occupancy Tax, 3% BID County Occupancy Tax, .195% California Tourism Tax, Resort fee $45. Final Thoughts: This 1977 location paradise has its decor with fantastic mahogany wood panels within each room with modern appliances and furnishings. Similar to LA county, taxes and fees hit hard.

I enjoyed my stay here. My only complaints would be the lack of elevators to the upper rooms. My air conditioner went out as well but they were quick to fix it. I stayed in building 3 which was closer to the front of the resort and the noise level was very low. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. I was there for a conference where all of the food was provided and the food was delicious. The lazy river was nice. The sunchairs on the side of the lazy river were really cramped and it made it a little hard to maneuver around them. All in all I would stay again.

I was there for a 3 day conference and was enjoyed the vistas, desert/palm landscape, and active hummingbirds. Atmosphere was lovely despite the heat (103°F). I sat outside often to enjoy the views overlooking the golf course, pond, and mountains, day or evening. Ate regularly at Desert Pearl, prices were very reasonable and food was delicious. Walked along trails and sidewalks around the resort and nearby residence to get my 1.5 miles in. Shopping and pharmacy is nearby. Staff was engaging and very friendly. Room (king) was spacious and comfortable. Recommend staying in rooms that are near the part of the resort you want to visit or overlook, whether pool, the lovely canal, or the golfcourse. Would highly recommend.

Great place to take your family. Relaxing and very clean. Andrea the waitress was super attentive at the restaurant we ate. Thank you. We will be back again.
