Lovely resort, tiny tiny bathroom

This resort is quite incredible with the range of activities, pools, Gym and Dayspa. We stayed in a suite on Level 1 in M building. It was a lovely suite, but I was surprised to see the bathroom wash basin, was situated in the bedroom. The bathroom had a bath/tub with shower above and then the toilet. It was a tiny bathroom for a suite of good size. Quite a compromise has been made, with the bathroom space bein so tiny. The towels had limited space for hanging and the towel storage was above the toilet. This always feels wrong. There was an extra sink in the living area, alongside the bar. This was a really nice touch. Overall the space was very generous for the living area and the separate bedroom. Shame about the bathroom being memorably small. We had a lovely view over the golf course from our balcony. The food at the resort was very good, although not a huge range. We had dinner from the one restaurant for 4 nights, and made our own breakfast and bought lunch outside the resort. There are a few close by hikes that are great for fitness as there are some good hills. I also walked to the shopping centre, around a 20 minute walk along a busy road. I found the resort Bell staff very helpful and always willing to help move people around the resort. The coffee was also very good from the little shop and the barista was friendly and helpful. I would be keen to stay again, but in a room on a higher level, with a good view and one without a wash basin in the bedroom. However, given how massive the resort is, I do not even know how to go about asking for the right room type and to still ensure a good view and balcony and preferably a shower and separate bath/tub. I did enquire about this during our stay, but maybe the staff were too busy, as I ended up being shown the exact same room layout as an alternative....
Disappointed

We recently returned to the Arizona Grand Resort, a place that’s special to us because we got married here, but this visit was very disappointing. The pull-out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and several areas around the resort felt neglected. We even noticed dirty band-aids at the pool, which raised concerns about cleanliness, especially for families. Food and drinks felt significantly overpriced for the quality and service we received, and an email I sent before our stay—expressing how excited we were to return—went unanswered. The resort still has charm and a lot of potential, but the overall experience has declined, and sadly it didn’t live up to our expectations or the price.
