Golf Trip

Brett at the bell hop was great! Helped us with our bags and was very friendly. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants around Phoenix. The golf course was fantastic but the cart girls were non existent. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful resort for hosting

m h on Feb 05, 2025

We recently hosted a weekend retreat at the Arizona Grand, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and they were always friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with a variety of options. The resort itself is stunning, with a beautiful golf course, lazy river, and top-notch amenities. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or hosting in the meeting space, the atmosphere was perfect for our retreat. Highly recommend the Arizona Grand Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay in Phoenix!

We will be returning

Lorna P on Jan 28, 2025

I was very impressed by the very friendly and helpful staff. They all had a smile on their faces and were very approachable. The resort is very well maintained and clean. There is something to do for all ages such as a beautiful and fun pool area. Great hiking and golf. The food is very good with lots of variety. Our room was large and comfortable with a little kitchenette, eating and living room area. Comfortable beds made for great sleeping. I will definitely recommend this resort to others and I will be returning. Thank you for your kindness and great hospitality.

This is not a resort - Do not reccomend.

I am so dissapointed with this place. We have decided to splurge and stay in a resort for 1 night of our week long stay in Arizona. We picked this resort specifically for their oasis water park. I called up the resort well in advance to ensure that the water park was in fact open all the time. At 9:01 on the day we were supposed to check in I received an email stating that the slides would be closed for repairs. When we called up the front desk to complain they offered us 50% back on our resort fee as as "compensation" $37.50!! Thats what they consider compensation for paying over $500 a night for a room. Thats ridiculous. The front desk person was rude would not let us finish talking and claimed that it is directly on their website. #1 - It was not on their website when I booked. #2 We coulnd't have canceled at the point they notified us as cancellation is 72 hours in advance and #3 The notice that the slides are closed are only on the page where it lists hours of operation. The basketball courts were closed. When we checked into what is a huge resort - they should have someone drive us to our building so we can ensure we are finding the right place. There is no staff around. I have stayed in a resort in the past and this isn't the kind of service you expect in a resort. I would never come back here . I understand that things happen, break down etc. However, rude front desk staff and offering us a measly $37.50 as a refund is unacceptable. I would stay far away from this place if you are looking for a resort. No wonder the place was empty.

Az Resort That Has It All

Nika D (Azle, Texas) on Jan 19, 2025

Excellent resort. The staff meets your every need and the room, pools and water park is icing on the cake. Easy check in and very thorough check out with a link of charges before check out. Easy walk to restaurants and convention center. The beauty of the resort never stops.
