Room was ready for an early check in and my building request was approved. Delightful and delicious breakfasts every morning. Evening reception was also delightful. Top notch air conditioning!!! Room was clean and comfortable. The pool sparkled. Lots of restaurants and fun things to do nearby. Excellent property to enjoy a staycation.

I attended a conference and my experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Brandon at the poolside bar was terrific-even when I was drinking ice tea-it didn't matter I got the same excellent service. The girl who drove the shuttle but was funny, helpful and always made sure my husband and I had water. Kevin is another excellent employee. The housekeepers did a great job. I will definitely saw at Embassy Suites again.
