Nice resort
mary p on Nov 29, 2024
Was very nice except for the loud music that didn't end until almost 10 PM. Very nice staff at breakfast and happy hour. Called the front desk to she if it could be turned down as I could hear it in my room. They said I could come and get ear plugs. Thought that was in poor taste!
Great family mini vacation spot
Evelyn T (Calgary, Canada) on Nov 17, 2024
The king suite was large with comfy bed, bathrobes, in-room safe, all full-size amenities in the bathroom which was appreciated. The grandkids loved the pool and the adults, the always plentiful lounge chairs The service was excellent from the housecleaning staff, the reception staff and evening snacks. The fully cooked breakfast was appreciated by all family members, especially the omelets and the French toast. We stayed for four days and not able to access the Granada Restaurant which was a disappointment as we have really enjoyed their food and service on past trips to Scottsdale. It appeared to be booked for a private function every time we checked.
Family getaway

All round great service. Only shortfall was in accessing upstairs restaurant as there were lots of folks from conferencing going on.Enjoyed the breakfasts and afternoon snack/drinks Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to other nearby amenities--OldTown/art walk and shopping at Village square. Ample parking
Stay Somewhere Else
shondam783 on Nov 10, 2024
Do not stay here. Room is outdated, the loud air conditioning noise interrupted my sleep, sheets on one of the beds in the room were dirty when I arrived, there was a large rip in rthe sofa cushion, and my Garmin watch was stolen from my room. Save yourself from a terrible stay and go somewhere else.
No Heat / Very Loud Breaking Machinery / Staff Lied
Robert D (Hermosa Beach, California) on Nov 06, 2024
Where do I start? My heater was broken for two days. When I asked them to fix it, they lied and said the engineer was right in front of them and was walking my way. After several calls and nearly an hour later, an engineer showed up. While he was there, they tried to radio to him a cover story on why he was late. I could hear it. The engineer was mortified. But also, something broke in or above my room that sounded like a B17 bomber was in the room. The whole room shook. I have a recording of it. It’s horrible. I thought the room was going to explode. I was shaking from the experience. Of course, the restaurant was locked during its dinner hours. We all waited outside, while someone showed up 15 minutes late with no sense of urgency. When I brought this up to the manager (well first I had to wait at the unmanned front desk) she had little concern, cut me off and said there is nothing they can do except ship me across town. I could go on with a myriad of other things, like trying to get a working key, but I’ll stop here. Don’t go here. Or do if you want. The management and staff won’t care either way.
