The service and care I got was very good. The Room mgr was very good, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping like always is excellent at the Embassy Suites. I am happy to be a Diamond Member, and I would like to complement Andrew at the front desk as he was the best!

Clean, quiet, good food at the bar and friendly staff. Beds were great as well. And the breakfast is the best! Hands down best one out there. Would highly recommend staying here. I will be continue my travel stays here with the Embassy suites from here on out.

I like this hotel. We used the pool everyday and it was clean and the perfect temp. they cleaned the room everyday - most hotels stopped doing this during cvd. the property is getting a little old but it was clean. the elevators have windows to the outside so they are very hot in the daylight. odd design for southern arizona! the breakfast and receptions were enjoyable, nice staff.

Great location near old town Scottsdale with very friendly helpful staff. Their social hour and made to order breakfast option is one of the best offers at any Embassy Suites we’ve experienced. Diego went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We loved the whole facility. The breakfast area and the offerings were really nice. Evening reception was fine. We enjoyed the pool everyday, please don’t ever heat your pool it was perfect to beat the heat. We had a deluxe room with a whirlpool tub. Enjoyed that too.
